Robert always does a great job cleaning my yard. And he always locks the gate after himself.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets put to real use, the little messes seem to show up faster than anyone expects. That is especially true in Newcastle, where families are often trying to keep the backyard ready for kids, dogs, and last minute time outside. Our Newcastle branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a clean yard matters when you want to step outside without doing the shuffle around dog waste first. We help keep that routine simple with recurring Pooper Scooper Services that fit real life, not just a marketing promise.
Newcastle has a strong parks and family-use feel, with places like Veterans Park, Leesa Cornett Park, and the citys smaller neighborhood parks giving people plenty of reasons to spend time outdoors. The city also notes that dogs are allowed in recreational areas and trails only when leashed, which is a good reminder that pet cleanup stays part of everyday outdoor life here. For homeowners, that often means the same practical problem shows up at home too. The dog uses the yard, the kids want to play, and the cleanup does not wait for the weekend.
Recurring service is a good fit when you want the grass, patio, and play area to stay more usable between visits. In Newcastle, a lot of households are moving between school, errands, and home time, and that makes it easy for waste to pile up before anyone gets around to picking it up. If the weather has been wet, the yard can turn soft and messy. If it has been warm, odor becomes harder to ignore. If the grass is growing fast, waste can disappear into the lawn until you are almost on top of it. Our job is to stay ahead of that buildup so your yard feels ready when your family is ready.
We also know that recurring cleanup is not just about appearances. It helps reduce those annoying step-in surprises, cuts down on smell around sitting areas, and makes it easier to let the dogs out without dreading what comes next. That is why so many pet parents choose a regular schedule instead of waiting until the yard feels out of control. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives you a clean starting point and a better baseline for the visits that follow.
For Newcastle pet parents who want a yard that is easier to enjoy, our team keeps the service practical and dependable. We work around your routine, focus on the high-use parts of the yard, and keep the process simple so you do not have to think about it every week. If your family likes spending more time outside and less time doing one more chore, let us help. Sign up for recurring POOP 911 service today, and enjoy quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.

Thank you for taking in the Herculean task of cleaning up after 3 large dogs after things had gotten out of control. Looking forward to going back to normal with regular weekly cleanup moving forward.

Jamie Jann with Poop 911 is top notch. Always texts or calls when she’s on her way, responds to messages. It’s not a “do not reply” number. She always communicates and verified that she needs to come when there’s feet of snow on the ground. I’ve had this service for a while, but since they switched service people, our service has been so much better since getting Jamie to service the yard.

I am very impressed with Parker, the young man who takes care of my yard. He is very enjoyable to talk to and very conscientious of what he does. My dogs are so comfortable with him, they don't even get up when he comes in the yard. That is saying a lot because they are very protective of their yard. Thanks Parker!

I am so pleased with the weekly service provided by POOP 911!!! They always call or text to let me know They are headed my way so I can keep my “Guard dog” LOL inside till they have her yard, all nice and clean ready for her to run out and play in. I don’t think that is required, but my sweet little girl thinks she is queen of the castle and nobody is getting on her playground. I have been so relieved to have this huge chore off my back. I have been using them close to a year now and love their service. Nita Dillard and Queenie
