I called 911 for an emergency in Hays county and instead of EMS, these guys showed up and pooped on our doorstep. It was really... odd.... Maybe they were just off doody.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting a lot of daily use, dog waste has a way of showing up exactly when families want to step outside, and that gets old fast. Our Niederwald team is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a clean backyard matters before kids head out to play, before guests arrive, and before you try to relax for five quiet minutes after a long day. In a place like Niederwald, where SH 21 connects a lot of everyday driving and errands, recurring cleanup can be one less thing on the list when you get home.
We focus on making your yard easier to use, not adding another chore to your weekend. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives you a clean starting point and helps us set the right rhythm for your property. For many Niederwald households, that matters because the yard may be part play space, part dog run, and part family hangout, all in the same stretch of grass. Once waste starts building up, it is harder to keep up, especially when pets use the same corners, fence lines, or patio paths every day.
Recurring Dog Poop Removal Service works well here because backyards in and around Niederwald tend to be used in real life, not just looked at. A family getting ready for a weekend cookout does not want to check the grass before every step outside, and a parent managing kids and dogs after school does not want to spend the last bit of daylight cleaning the lawn. That is where a steady schedule helps. We keep the high-use areas clear so your grass, patio, and play space stay more comfortable for everyone.
We also know the local setup can make timing important. Niederwald is in Caldwell and Hays counties, and the city says SH 21 is the main road through town, with the community built along the old Austin to San Antonio road known as the Camino Real. That kind of daily movement means lots of comings and goings, quick stops, and days when the yard needs to be ready whenever you are. Add warm Texas weather, and odor can build up quickly if cleanup slips for even a few days. A recurring visit helps stay ahead of that and keeps the backyard more welcoming between mows and between family plans. If you want a simple routine, we can set up service that fits your week, so you are not trying to remember cleanup after work or right before company pulls in.
The local details matter here too. Niederwald’s official site notes the city’s roots, its small-town feel, and even the old Camino Real connection, which fits a place where home yards still do a lot of the heavy lifting for family time. We keep our service practical and reliable, with the goal of helping pet parents spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you are ready for a cleaner space and less week-to-week pressure, schedule recurring service with POOP 911 and let us handle the dirty work for your Niederwald yard.

Great service at a reasonable price. It’s easy to change scheduling with a simple email to the company. When my dogs are out the workers are friendly and give them treats. All of the employees have been great and helpful.

The service is great. We have two big dogs, and we just did not have the time to pick up the yard after them each week. The technician followed the instructions we provided when scheduling the service for how to contact us and how to access our yard. They are very thorough with the pick up. They leave the trash bag where we need so it is easy for us to dispose of, and they correctly secure our yard so our dogs cannot escape. The only area for improvement I can provide at this time is I wish the time the technician arrived was more consistent; sometimes they arrive before 9 am, and sometimes it is much later in the day. This is not an inconvenience for us at all, but some customers might need more consistency. Overall, we are very pleased with the service, and our backyard is usable again on the weekends. We will definitely continue to use this service.

Just getting started with this service, but I had seen the car in our neighborhood, and it is a welcome service for our household of 4 dogs. 2025 update - very reliable and considerate if dogs are out. Continued good consistent service. Very reliable.

I've had two visits and service is quick but not as efficient as advertised. I still see some old land mines in the backyard, but overall most of the mess is grabbed.

This was my first visit with POOP911. I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons. One was it would have been nice to have a 2 hour window of when to expect my scooper. That way I could make sure I was actually awake. As it was I was in the backyard in my PJ’s when he arrived at the front door. By the time I got the notification he was nowhere to be found. After looking around, which included me going in the front yard in PJ’s, I found him in my BACKYARD! One way to improve this would be a detailed, “what can you expect” before your first visit. I also got the notification he was going to arrive after he was already there. So, as far as how he did? I would say very good except a small area that was missed. I would recommend this business.
