⭐ 1/5 — HALF-ASSED SERVICE AND AN OWNER WHO CANNOT HANDLE ACCOUNTABILITY. The actual service was consistently rushed, sloppy, and incomplete. Paying someone to clean your yard should not mean walking behind them and finding what they conveniently left behind. The final straw was being told a technician contacted me and received no response. There was no call, voicemail, or text on my phone. Rather than provide proof or correct the inaccurate note on my account, the owner became rude, defensive, and condescending. She started bragging about her ten years in business, mentioning 19 irrelevant customers, explaining what a 1099 contractor is as if I were stupid, and throwing previously waived fees in my face. She had an excuse for everything and accountability for nothing. Apparently, questioning inaccurate information is unacceptable, but performing half-assed work and speaking disrespectfully to a paying customer is perfectly fine. If this is what ten years of experience looks like, that is nothing to brag about. The owner said we were not a good fit, and she was absolutely right—I expect complete service, accurate communication, and basic professionalism. This company provided none of the three. Spend your money elsewhere.
