Usually satisfied with service. However, the last time my gate wasn’t latched so my dogs got out of the open gate. I switched from another company because they also left a gate unlatched.
UPDATE: all of the dogs were FINE and in the employees defense it’s a new fence so the gate will SOUND like it latches but doesn’t. Of course my golden retriever wants to explore the neighborhood and make new friends lol. Lauren contacted me immediately after posting this review and was so sweet. No hard feelings for the employee at all, accidents happen and luckily all the pups were okay.
I’ve modified my rating from 3 to 5 stars, please let the employee know they are welcomed back and please let me know if they’d like a cup of coffee or water at the next visit. I do not wish for them to be penalized in any way for an accident. Thank you you all.

Pleasantly surprised. Our service provider is super efficient. Even when I thought i picked up everything I missed something. Not her. No poop left behind should be her personal Motto. She calls before every visit and leaves a note before she leaves. I wish I discovered this service sooner.

I have had this service since 2009. They are great and I was surprised years ago that they knew the dogs names and that they had a Facebook page with pictures of my dog on their photos page. All service employees have always been polite. I highly recommend this service!
