I really like the service. I signed up for weekly service, and I get weekly emails on the day of service to let me know that my technician is on the way as well a text from him to let me know around what time he's coming, which is great so I don't accidentally let the dogs out while he's here. I also get texts if he can't make it that day (not very often) and lets me know the day he's coming, usually the next day. Great service! I recommend this company.
