Poop 911 has been great…no charge pick ups interrupted by weather but came back to catch up. Always lets us know when they’re coming !
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Busy yards get messy fast in Johnson City, especially when dogs, kids, and weekend plans all share the same grass. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, with recurring service that keeps the job from turning into a Saturday headache. In this part of Northeast Tennessee, the mix of wet stretches, leaf drop, and quick-growing grass can make waste harder to notice and easier to step in, so staying ahead of it really matters.
If your routine runs from school pickup to errands on the way home, it helps to have one less thing waiting in the backyard. Around Johnson City, families move between everyday stops on roads like Boones Creek Road and near places like Winged Deer Park, then come home expecting the yard to be ready for play, not cleanup. We help make that happen with a dependable schedule, careful gate access, and a first cleanup that is free when you sign up for recurring service.
Dog poop clean up is not just about appearances. It is about making the yard easier to use. When waste sits in a yard through warm days or after rain, odors build faster and the grass becomes less pleasant for bare feet, paws, and backyard hangouts. Recurring service helps because the problem usually returns before people have time to deal with it. We show up on a schedule, stay focused on the high-use parts of the yard, and help keep the space cleaner so you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
That matters for real households with real routines. A family heading out to the Tweetsie Trail for a walk, then coming back with the dogs full of energy, usually does not want to spend the rest of the evening hunting down missed messes in the side yard or by the fence line. A homeowner preparing for guests gets the same benefit, a cleaner patio edge, fewer step-in surprises, and less pressure to do a full yard check every time somebody wants to go outside. If you are trying to keep up with repeated buildup, especially after active days or stretches of mixed weather, our service gives you a practical way to stay ahead of it.
We keep the process simple and convenient because that is what busy pet parents need. You pick the recurring schedule that fits your household, we handle the cleanup, and you get a yard that is easier to enjoy without adding another chore to the week. If you want a cleaner backyard in Johnson City with less odor, less mess, and more usable space for dogs and people, reach out to the local POOP 911 team and let us set up your recurring Dog Poop Clean Up service today.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!
