Excellent service! Yard was so clean that the dogs had to go out and take a dump right after Poop911 left. They weren’t even sure it was their yard
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts collecting more than just grass clippings, it gets harder to enjoy the space with pets, kids, and guests. That is where our Oliver Springs, Tennessee branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we know how fast a backyard can go from “good enough” to a chore that keeps getting pushed to next weekend. In a place where weather can swing from wet to warm and back again, waste does not wait for a better time.
For pet parents in the Oliver Springs area, recurring cleanup makes everyday yard use feel much easier. A weekly visit helps keep favorite potty spots, fence lines, side yards, and play areas from turning into a bigger mess. It also helps cut down on odor when the temperature climbs and keeps muddy paw traffic from becoming a regular problem after rain. If your dog heads straight for the same corner every time, we focus on those high-use areas so the yard stays more usable for family time.
Many customers are not looking for a big production, they just want one less thing on the weekend list. If you are getting home after errands, getting the kids outside, or trying to get the backyard ready before friends stop by, recurring service can save time and reduce stress. We make it simple to keep up with the mess before it builds up, and the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. That makes it easier to get started without a pileup of work waiting on day one.
Our service is a good fit for homes around Oliver Springs because dog waste tends to show up fastest where the yard gets used the most. A patio, a gate path, a dog run, or the stretch along the fence can collect waste quickly, especially when the grass is growing fast or the weather keeps changing. Regular cleanup helps keep those spaces cleaner for bare feet, kids playing outside, and the simple goal of letting your dogs and family enjoy the yard without dodging surprises.
We handle the recurring visits with a reliable rhythm, so you do not have to keep remembering when the last pickup happened. That kind of routine matters for pet parents who want a cleaner backyard without adding another project to the week. It also helps when you have more than one dog or one favorite yard area that gets used over and over. The result is less odor, fewer step-in surprises, and more usable space for cookouts, playtime, and quiet evenings outside.
If you want a cleaner yard and a simpler routine in Oliver Springs, we are ready to help. Sign up for recurring POOP 911 service and let us handle the dirty work so you can spend more time outside with your pets, footloose and worry-free.

Great lawn cleaners -they get all of the poop up in my big fenced in backyard. Saves me bending over constantly hurting my bad discs in my vertebrae! And I have AFIB at 71 years old! Very quiet, thorough poop cleaners for my 2 older dogs—AGAIN: exceptional service and price-saved my bad discs in back and my IBS and mental health issues at 71 all alone no family support nor friend support whatsoever!! Thank you so much 😊 🙏☝️✋❤️✝️✡️🇺🇸🇮🇱⛪️🐑📖🎉🎊🥳🎁🤩😁👍

Im trying to be as fair as possible. I cancelled my service after the last visitbdue to our yard not being clean. We have used them for more than 2 years and the previous technician was amazing! Once it changed to a new technician, it started going downhill, I called and asked them to come rescoopnamd they did, but then the following visit it still wasn't being done. They have always been polite and helpful on the phone and I hated leaving them, but I felt I could do a better job myself.

I called several times after finding several piles left in yard after the technician finished. Finally cancelled after picking up 18 piles Friday 30 minutes after technician left.

I think the gist of this company is good, definitely a good help but what i don’t like is i see no way of knowing that they show up outside to pick up poop unless i scale my cameras, so it would be nice if they move toys out yard when looking for poop something to let me know someone was there but outside of that it’s a good company

It was like a magical mystical Poop Fairy showed up and once again everyone could venture through the fields of dreams without worry of smashing repulsive stink bombs. Thank You

These people are the best!! My dogs love them, they have gotten out by mistake when they were here, my dogs are great dogs and they know the difference in good and bad folks and my dogs love them. They are thorough with their hunt for the poops and they earn their fee according to my dogs and me. It’s great to be able to walk around in your yard and not step into any smelly poop!! Their price is so very reasonable and their patience with us is stellar!! I beyond a doubt recommend leaving the sh*t to the experts, they rock hard!!

I feel like we got our yard back. With two standard poodles, walking through our yard took concentration to avoid stepping in something. Yes, I could do it myself, but we don't get home from work and school activities until after dark, and I'd rather have supper around the table than have someone out cleaning the yard. This is a task that I'm happy to delegate to someone else, and I was really pleasantly surprised by the low cost.

They come on time every time with plenty of notice by text and email. The service is affordable, quick, and they always lock the gate!

I cancelled my services on 10/24/24 with confirmation through voicemail. Now I’m getting hassled for my account being overdue with zero response from anyone. I’m not paying for services I cancelled.

Always does a great job and they always text before they arrive. I like that because then I know why my fur babies are barking.

Saw their truck in the area and decided to give them a try. I am older and it’s difficult for me to keep up cleaning. They were in and out in minutes. I’m using every two weeks as I only have one dog.
