A 100% Recommend. It is a service I never knew I needed until I got it. With 3 German shepherds, it has removed a tremendous chore off of me for an unbelievable cheap price. And the technician is absolutely amazing!!!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting used every day, dog waste can pile up faster than most pet parents expect, especially after wet stretches, warm afternoons, and busy family weekends. That is why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we focus on keeping outdoor spaces clean, simple, and ready for real life. In Pfafftown, where folks head in and out along roads like Balsom Road and Old Yadkinville Road, it helps to have one less chore waiting at home after errands, school pickup, or a drive into town.
Recurring service is a practical fit for homes that use the backyard hard. If you are trying to keep kids, guests, and dogs moving around the same space, even a few missed cleanups can turn into step-in surprises and that familiar backyard odor nobody wants near the patio. With our Dog Poop Removal Service, we handle the routine before it becomes a problem, so your grass stays cleaner and your yard stays more usable.
Pfafftown pet parents do not need a fancy pitch, they need a yard that is ready when the dog wants out and the family wants to stay outside. Local park and recreation spots like C. G. Hill Memorial Park and Old U.S. 421 River Park show how much people here value outdoor time, and that same thinking carries over to the backyard. If your dog has a favorite run along the fence line or your kids like to cut across the same patch of grass, recurring cleanup keeps those high-use spots easier to enjoy.
The weather here also makes regular service matter. Central North Carolina can swing from damp to warm pretty quickly, and that mix tends to make waste stand out more, smell stronger, and become more annoying to deal with if it is left too long. Instead of spending a weekend chasing little messes around the yard, you can let our team stay ahead of buildup on a schedule that makes sense for your household. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so it is easy to get started without adding another task to your list.
We keep things convenient and reliable because that is what busy pet families need. Whether you are getting ready for guests, planning a cookout, or just trying to reclaim the backyard after a stretch of busy days, we help make the space feel footloose and worry-free again. If you want less weekend chore pressure and a cleaner place for family time outside, sign up with the Pfafftown POOP 911 team and let us keep the routine handled for you.

I have had these folks working for me for a while now! Great company! Always show up when they say they will. During the winter storms in NC they couldn’t make it out for obvious reasons, and kept in constant communication! As soon as they were able to, they were here! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!

Thank you guys so much for coming every week to clean our yard! With our French bulldog and our pitbull mix, going out there and cleaning up after them myself was such a pain in the you-know-what. We also have two young kids and a trampoline in the backyard, and they LOVE being outside. Before hiring you guys, this is about the 4th visit now, we honestly couldn’t really enjoy the yard without worrying about someone stepping in poop. Now it’s a total game changer. The kids can play, their friends can come over, and we can actually walk around the yard without stressing about it. It has been absolutely fantastic, and I am so glad I found you guys. Totally worth every penny, and your prices are reasonable. Thank you again for all your hard work and for keeping our yard poop-free! I’ve added a few photos just to show how nice and clean our yard is after her just leaving this morning! I wish I woulda gotten her name ….lPoop 911, you got one awesome employee right there! 😉😁👍👍👍 Btw, We’re in Clemmons, NC, and I really hope our tech sees this….she is AMAZING! So efficient, thorough, and consistent every single time. That kind of work ethic is hard to find these days. Thank you again!! 🙌✨”

Poop911 does a great job! Today I messed up, and my dogs were in the yard when they arrived, despite the courtesy text that states when Poop911 is on the way. They waited very patiently for me to round up my dogs...one came in right away, the other dog turned into a teenager and wouldn't come in for quite a few minutes. I so appreciated Poop911's understanding and patience! Highly recommend them!
