We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in Pflugerville can go from “good enough” to “not today” pretty fast, especially when dogs are tracking through the same play space your family uses after school and on weekends. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, focuses on simple, recurring dog waste removal that keeps the yard ready for real life instead of another chore waiting by the fence.
For a family getting ready for a weekend cookout, the last thing anyone wants is to spend the first hour of Saturday scanning the grass before the grill even gets hot. In a town where folks move between errands, school pickups, and drives along SH 130, the backyard often has to be the easiest place to relax, not one more stop on the to do list. Recurring service helps keep that space cleaner, cuts down on odor, and reduces the chance of stepping into a surprise when you head outside with kids, guests, or the dog. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so it is easy to get started without turning the first visit into a big project.
We see the practical side of dog ownership the same way you do. When the grass is growing, waste can disappear faster than people expect, and after a stretch of warm weather it can start to smell sooner than anyone wants. That is one reason repeat cleanup makes sense here. It is not about perfection, it is about staying ahead of buildup before it takes over the areas your family actually uses most, like the side yard, the patio edge, or the stretch of lawn where the dogs always turn circles. If you are near Lake Pflugerville or heading through the city’s park and trail areas on a regular basis, you already know how quickly outdoor time adds up. Your own yard should feel just as easy to enjoy.
We also keep the service routine straightforward. You choose recurring visits, we handle the cleanup on schedule, and your yard stays more usable between family hangs, dog play, and everyday traffic in and out of the house. That predictability matters when the week gets full and the backyard becomes the place where the kids burn energy, the dog gets let out between meetings, and guests might show up with little notice. It is the kind of convenience that makes the whole household feel less rushed, and it helps pet parents spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
If you want cleaner grass, less odor, and a yard that feels ready when you are, our Pflugerville team is ready to help. We make dog waste removal dependable and easy to keep up with, with service that fits real routines around Pflugerville ISD schedules, SH 130 driving, and busy backyard life. Reach out to POOP 911 today to start recurring service and make your outdoor space simpler to enjoy.

I’ve had poop 911 for over a year and could not be more pleased. They are very responsible to make sure my dogs do not get out, they give them treats before they leave. They notify you prior to arrival. Best decision I have ever made.

Every week someone swings by and helps clean up my yard. I love this convenience so much! One less thing I have to tackle and gives me back time to spend it w my family …or doing other chores 😝 Editing to add: the person that comes by each week brings treats for my pup! Sometimes they leave a bunch for my big guy. He loves that! I love that!

I created an account and scheduled them to come on Sept 25th. No one ever showed. I called, but the guy said he could only take my info and pass it on. Never got a call back. I realized I hadn't validated my account beforehand so thought maybe I just didn't set it up properly. I tried again. Created another account and scheduled for Oct 5th. I made sure the account was set up and I saw the initial pick up scheduled and following dates. Then I tried to access my account the day before and now I can't log in. Tried resetting my password and nothing. I had to revalidate to get back to my account and all the scheduled times were gone so wasn't too surprised that of course they didn't come. Wasted way too much time trying to hire this service.

We have been using POOP 911 for years and have always had outstanding service. Not only is our yard clean weekly but the communication we receive is great. We know when our service tech is going to be at the house so the dogs are inside. If we ever have to reschedule a day or take a week off for vacation they are very accommodating.

I'm pretty happy with this service and very happy that I'm not scooping poop in the backyard. I gave them a 4 because I had a concern that I emailed the company about immediately after the worker left and never got a response.

The gentleman picking up today is walking the yard and getting it all picked up! We appreciate that! Please thank him for being so attentive and not rushing through and missing pick ups. He is new to us so wanted to share our appreciation and experience!
