Great communication and service
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the backyard is part of the daily routine, dog waste starts to feel bigger than a small mess. In Pine Castle, Florida, that can mean a yard you do not want to step into after work, after school pickup, or right before company comes over. The Pine Castle branch of POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the simple goal here, keep the yard ready for real life without adding one more chore to your week.
Pine Castle sits in Orange County, and it is part of the everyday movement of south Orlando life, with families and commuters coming and going around places like the Pine Castle Safe Communities Preservation Association area and the nearby Lake Conway corridor. That kind of routine matters because cleanup usually gets pushed until “later,” then heat, rain, and a full schedule turn a small job into a bigger one. Our recurring Pooper Scooper Service is built for that exact pattern, steady visits that keep the grass usable instead of letting waste pile up between weekends.
Summer weather in central Florida brings long stretches of heat and regular rainy season moisture, and both can make yard mess build up faster than people expect. When the ground stays damp, waste is harder to ignore and easier to track into patio areas or onto shoes. That is why many Pine Castle pet parents do best with a reliable recurring schedule instead of trying to catch up all at once. If your dogs use the same side yard, fence line, or play area every day, regular service helps keep those high-traffic spots cleaner and makes the whole yard feel more open again.
We also know that families around here use outdoor space in practical ways. A backyard might be where the kids run around after school, where the grill gets rolled out on the weekend, or where the dogs burn off energy before everyone settles in for the evening. In a place connected to local routines near Cypress Grove Park and the broader Orange County park system, it makes sense to want a yard that feels ready when you are. Recurring cleanup helps reduce odor, cuts down on step-in surprises, and keeps the lawn more inviting for pets, kids, and guests.
With POOP 911, the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easy to reset the yard before settling into a routine. After that, we keep showing up on schedule so you do not have to think about it as often. That kind of consistency is especially helpful in Pine Castle, where warm weather can make odors more noticeable and wet grass can hide waste in plain sight. If you want more usable backyard space and less weekend chore pressure, our team is ready to help. Reach out today and let’s get your recurring service started so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.

Great communication and service

This was once the best company and had the best owners! I was long term customer. I even suggested poop911 to people I knew! I rarely write reviews, but when I had to email the office after a problem, I was informed Orlando location is now corporate. My first impression of my contact with corporate would be 0 stars, but this only allows you to do 1 star, not less. The communication has been limited, and I had no idea my technician would be new. I trusted the previous technicians, and knew they were going to keep the lawn maintained. They also would communicate any time they were running late. When the waste was not collected today and I was charged, I contacted with email. I was sent a picture, assuring me they had been there, but I knew the waste had not been collected. I was told they’d issue me a credit for next week. When I sent another email, reminding them a credit does not solve the problem, the corporate individual told me they would send the technician tonight but they were an hour away. When I received that email, I knew it would be dark in an hour. After 6 emails I got a refund. I dont know of a company who wants your business and would expect you to send 6 emails before issuing a refund for a service you did not get. That tells me they do not want my business. I’d like to know if this is how their corporate office runs everything? I do not like the way they dismissed my problem, the way they wasted my time, and they were going to do nothing at all until I questioned if I was being charged for the service. I have to say I have encountered bad customer service with other business, except this has to be the worst in at least a year. Be aware this company might appear to be a local owner in Orlando, but they apparently are not any longer. They need to do better.
