I genuinely wish I could give this company half a star — and even that feels generous. This has been, without exaggeration, one of the most frustrating, inconsistent, and unprofessional services I’ve ever paid for. They start strong. The technician showed up, did an okay job, and because we have a large Rottweiler and young kids, I really needed the help. I signed up for their premium twice‑a‑week service: clean, deodorize, and dispose. Simple enough. Instead, after the very first visit, they quietly downgraded me to once a week without telling me. When I asked why, suddenly they were “short staffed,” but assured me I could call for a free second cleanup if needed. Spoiler: every time I tried, they were “too full” to come back out. So the “premium” service I paid for never actually existed. That should’ve been my first clue to run. Then came the holiday excuses. If a Monday holiday hit, instead of adjusting the schedule or doubling up, they just pushed my service out an entire week. Once they even came twice in the same week — two days apart — and somehow managed to do half a job both times. I ended up cleaning my own yard after paying them to do it. As fall rolled in, the quality nosedived even further. I repeatedly had to go behind the technician and clean what was left behind. When I reached out to ask how I could help her do a better job, it took weeks to get a response. Meanwhile, the yard kept getting worse. Winter was the breaking point. Waste piled up everywhere. When the thaw came and the snow melted, my yard looked like an abandoned wasteland. And guess what — no technician showed up on my scheduled day. I contacted both the tech and the company asking to be moved to a different day so the yard could actually be serviced. Nothing. No effort. No solution. Just silence. Then came the final insult: another no‑show. After two hours on the phone with customer service, the local franchise casually informed me that they had dropped my location because it was “inconvenient.” No notice. No apology. No attempt to make it right. And here’s the part that really shows how careless and unprofessional they are: Every single communication I’ve ever received from them has come via text — except the one message telling me my service was canceled. That one was sent by email, and of course it went straight to spam. They knew exactly what they were doing. My technician had already told me the company prioritizes new customers and only “touches” current clients’ yards. Translation: they want your money, not your loyalty. On my last actual service day, she messaged that she’d arrived. I had just let my dog out, so I called to ask her to wait 5–10 minutes. She told me she only gets 5–10 minutes total to service an entire yard. How is anyone supposed to do a thorough job in that time? Answer: they don’t. And they didn’t. I paid every bill on time. I never missed a payment. And in return, I got downgraded service, missed appointments, excuses, zero communication, and a yard that looked like no one had touched it in weeks. This company is the definition of subpar service hiding behind friendly faces. They take your money, cut corners, and hope you don’t notice. I noticed. Save yourself the headache. There are better options out there — literally anything would be better than this.

Sabrena is AWESOME! She always lets me know when she is coming and when she has arrived. If she needs anything, she will text me. We have 3 large dogs. 2 Great Danes and an English Mastiff. She is very kind to them if they are in the yard when she arrives and does an incredible job picking up the waste. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!
