Great service and friendly staff!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Weekend plans go better when the yard is not part of the cleanup list. In Powell, Ohio, that can mean keeping up with dog waste before muddy paws track it to the patio, before the grass gets too tall, and before guests show up expecting a place where everyone can relax. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a backyard can go from “good enough” to “one more chore” when dogs use the same spots every day.
Recurring service makes sense for households that use the yard a lot. A dog owner trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup, a family with kids and pets sharing the same play area, or a homeowner preparing for guests all get the same simple benefit, a cleaner space that is easier to enjoy without scanning the grass first. That is especially helpful when weather is mixed and cleanup timing slips for a few days, because waste does not wait politely for a free afternoon. With regular visits, the yard stays more usable, and the little jobs do not stack up into a bigger one.
Pet parents in the Powell area often like a routine that works around school runs, errands, workdays, and family time at home. We can help by handling the parts of the yard that get used the most, like the fence line, the side yard, the dog run, the patio edge, and that favorite bathroom spot your dog seems to find every single time. That kind of steady cleanup is practical in places where dogs go out several times a day and where one rainy stretch can turn a quick pickup into a muddy, less pleasant job.
The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives you a fresh start without another task on your list. From there, we keep the schedule consistent so you are not trying to remember when the last pickup happened or wondering if the grass is hiding anything. That regular rhythm helps with odor control in warmer weather, keeps play areas cleaner, and makes it easier to let kids and pets use the yard without the extra mental checklist.
If you want a cleaner backyard and less time spent chasing down a chore you do not enjoy, POOP 911 is ready to help. We keep it simple, reliable, and focused on real yard life for pet families in Powell, Ohio. Reach out today to set up recurring pooper scooper service, and make your yard easier to enjoy, footloose and worry-free.

I'd advise against using this company, I had been with them for a while until I noticed that I would receive texts alerting me that they were on the way yet they never came. After checking my balance, it also appears that they had been charging me for work that they did not perform.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I had been using them for a while and then one day they decided to stop coming. I'd get a notification saying that someone was on their way and I'd sit outside and wait. No one would show up even though I'd get a text that they were there. After several weeks of this, they contact me saying I had a balance due for service that hadn't been happening. My backyard had not been touched. Said that I had to pay over a hundred dollars. Not only this but there is surveillance video of the days they were supposed to come and didn't... still made me pay. I just assumed that if no one came, I wasn't getting charged. that's why I didn't contact anyone. I was also away for two months at some point and my house sitter said they did not see anyone come.

Have had POOP 911 service for 2 weeks now. They come early, clean up thoroughly after our two dogs, and close the gate after themselves. Everything you could want. Price is reasonable. Good service, good value.

I’m not sure how to write a review for this type of service. I’ll just say it’s five stars and move on. I’m not adding pictures either, use your imagination.
