This is my first time ever letting myself pay for services like this. I am really impressed with the communication from them, text friendly (which I love because I work from home and unable to talk on phone most of the time). So that was a great plus for me! Didn’t have to repeat my self on how/where to access the backyard prior to them coming. So I loved that I was able to just say one time where/how and they came in did their thang and left peacefully with a note on backdoor! Of course I knew they were here, lol my furrbabies let me know but still just having peace of mind for them to not bother me while servicing was great especially for first time 🙌🏼 Looking forward to continuing this relationship with the company and I will say I did a check afterwards to see how we’ll pick up was done, and I will say I was impressed with the results! I don’t think I noticed anything missing 👌🏼

I always receive a text letting me know the tech in on his/her way. I can see on my cameras not only when the tech arrives and leaves, but I can also see them combing through the yard during the service. I watch as they walk back and forth through the yard cleaning up. They are thorough and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the service received from poop 911.

First time using any poop service.. the technician was intentional and took his time making sure he scooped up all the poop… I explained that Maverick, my golden doodle, normally poop on the right side of the yard, however, he slowly walked over the entire yard to make sure.. he also played catch with Maverick during the process. Service has always been consistently thorough and efficient. They will even wait if our dog is pooping to pick up after them. In the last three years we’ve utilized them. The technicians are very friendly and warm to our German Wire, haired pointer, and German shorthaired pointer. They give them treats when they leave, which is very thoughtful. We’ve used other services in the past, and Poop 911 Is the most economical and most thorough when cleaning after our dogs. They take the excrement away What’s the other thing about them? and not use our trashcan. I highly recommend their service to anyone who’s looking to find a company to clean after their dogs.

For the last 5 months I have had Poop 911 service the patio area of my father's apartment. He has a Great Dane (178 lbs.) and they were always prompt and thorough. We have moved him now but I would hire them again if we ever live in their service area again.
