Great service, always notified arrival and notice your yard is "poop free". Highly recommend this service, you won't be disappointed!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is part play space, part dog bathroom, and part weekend hangout spot, the cleanup can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. That is where our Saint Petersburg, Florida team comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on keeping the messy part of yard care off your to-do list so your grass, patio, and play areas stay ready for daily use.
In the Saint Petersburg area, recurring cleanup makes a lot of sense for homes that see constant foot traffic from dogs, kids, and guests. One rainy stretch, a few hot afternoons, or just a busy week of missed pickups can turn a decent yard into one that is hard to enjoy. Our dog poop clean up service is built for that real-life rhythm. We show up on a schedule, check the parts of the yard that get used most, and keep an eye on favorite bathroom spots, fence lines, side yards, and the spaces around gates and patios.
For a lot of pet parents, the biggest win is not fancy. It is simply being able to let the dog out, send the kids outside, or open the back door without worrying about what is underfoot. Recurring service helps reduce step-in surprises, keep odor down, and make the yard feel more usable between full lawn cleanups. That is especially helpful when the same stretch of grass gets used every day and waste starts hiding in plain sight once it gets mixed into the lawn.
We also make the routine part easy. If you sign up for recurring service, the first cleanup is free, and after that we keep to a regular visit schedule that fits real family life. That means less weekend chore pressure, less catching up after a busy work week, and less last-minute scrambling before guests arrive. You do not have to build your day around one more yard task. We handle the dirty part so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
If you have a dog that always heads to the same corner, or a backyard that gets heavy use after school, after errands, or before a cookout, recurring visits can make a real difference. The work stays simple, the yard stays more welcoming, and cleanup does not turn into a bigger job than it should be. If you want a dependable dog poop clean up service in Saint Petersburg, Florida, we are ready to help. Reach out today to set up recurring service and keep your yard cleaner, calmer, and easier to enjoy.

Very disappointed in the service, most of the time very obvious piles of waste are left behind in my yard. The tech claims to show up however there is obvious proof that he did not: lack of security footage, visible waste in the yard, no trace of waste disposed in trashcans. When asked about it, he made excuses. Just overall unsatisfied.

We had our first visit from Poop 911 today. Austin was our servicer. He did a great job on the pick up. He was very personable and friendly. We had selected the 30 minute walk service and I gave Austin the information about Milo and what he likes on his walk. I showed him a couple of leash and collar options that Milo preferred and off they went for a nice 30 minute walk. Not everyone is so enthusiastic about walking a 120 lb Great Dane but Austin stepped right up and they both had fun. All in all it was a great experience for all of us. Look forward to seeing you in two weeks Austin!

We have seen so many communities and people have issue with service going down hill or out right stopping. Highly recommend Doodycalls on the Suncoast for service for anyone who has issues and wants something reliable again.

Haven’t had service from you guys I. 2 weeks! I live I. The Copper Creek community and nobody is servicing the neighborhood. You guys aren’t even returning phone calls! Pretty crappy service, from a dog crap company!

It's unfortunate but they are no longer a good choice. Apparently they sold or something. Service had really been going down hill anyway. They gave me the same crap as the lady below. Been coming here for literally years, we have no lock on the gate and the excuse of " we couldn't get in your gate" came up. Yeah no you just have some techs that didnt wanna work that day lol. Needless to say I'm onto scoop soldiers. So far so good. Cheaper too!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company and can no longer recommend them. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 3 years, but since the ownership changed, everything has gone downhill. Without even a courtesy call, they’ve reduced the number of visits and now only come when they're "in the area," which is far from what I originally signed up for. The most frustrating part is that the new person who came didn’t even clean up properly—they dumped the poop in my own trash cans! They had the nerve to email me saying it would cost almost $4 per pickup if I wanted them to dispose of it themselves. While I didn’t mind that part as much, they also informed me they’ve adjusted schedules, and now they’re only available once a week instead of three. This is unacceptable, and it’s clear they no longer care about their clients or the quality of service. Such a shame, especially since the previous team was amazing.

I have had this service over 3 years now and very pleased with them, if it weren’t for their service as an adjunct to walking my 2 dogs I would have to do a lot by myself. They are very reliable and work hard to provide a unique service to my self and my community. Thank you!

It is amazing how quickly service can go downhill. We have been using the service for over a year, no issues.. Blake had instructions on how to open and close our gate, techs never had an issue. We received notification that the management had changed.. first service was today, 9/10, and I received an email that the yard was inaccessible. I called customer service and after a 7min wait was met by a rude man named Chris (I believe is what he said).. he said corporate took over and to expect a learning curve.. I noted I was told there were instructions on my gate, he said there were none. He was rude and I asked him to cancel, he hung up on me without any confirmation. Really great job, corporate!

These guys do a wonderful job, but they are as mysterious as the little elves that sneak in at night to help the cobbler make shoes…they get the job done but I never see them. Usually the next morning I can tell that they have been there. Our dogs have certain spots where they go and it’s all gone. I usually leave early and come home late plus my wife is bummed up with foot surgery. So we haven’t got around to being responsible with our dogs. I always get a text beforehand and let my wife know the Poop Ninjas are coming!

Fantastic Service! They are very easy to work with. They show up on time everytime. Clean the yard and make sure even the gross runny ones are picked up and leave no evidence of poop. They leave a note when theyre done and even shoot a text when they are on their way over. Highly recommend them. And the price point is the best i have ever paid THANKS POOP 911. Yall rock.

I've been using Poop 911 for a few months, and they have done a fantastic job each week. I chose their service because we were going to have my son’s birthday party, and we wanted to put a bounce house in the backyard. However, my dog's landmines made it difficult to walk around without stepping in them. The customer service was top-notch, and they consistently came around the same time each week. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Started this 2 weeks ago. Day 1 we noticed a big difference, but now that they have been out twice it is really great. We can use our back yard again. Thank to Poop911 for giving us our yard back.

Poop 911 sent me bills for service they never performed on many occasions, even after calling them about it. I hope they'll take this feedback and ensure their services are more reliable for future customers.

They do such a great job ! My yard is consistently clean and free of mess. We have one (very large) dog, and we have them out weekly-they have been consistent and professional

Poop 911 is reliable and consistent. I’ve had issues twice in the last 3 years and both times another representative was sent out the same day to fix the concern.

All I can say is....WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! I can finally walk around my yard again! And let's be honest, the dogs are probably the most thankful because as much as I want to stay on top of it, I just didn't. It limited the areas they're free to go. I have been super satisfied with this company and only wish I could meet the angels that make my life so much easier, but they're in and out like poop ninjas while I'm at work! Thanks for doing such a great job! Looking forward to a lifetime of a poo-free yard!

I have been using POOP 911 Tampa Bay, for a few years now and I love them! I moved and kept the service. They are always very nice, on time and give me a bit of notice to be sure my dogs are not out in the yard when they arrive. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company!

This use to be a really great service until the company was sold and new management took over. They NEVER answer the phone and they have left my backyard gate open multiple times therefore my dog has gotten out. If I were able to clean my backyard I would quit this service in a heartbeat.
