The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in Schenectady can go from “fine” to messy fast, especially when a busy family is trying to keep up with dogs, kids, and regular yard time. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we know the difference between a yard that looks clean and one that is actually ready for everyday use. If you are trying to keep the grass usable without adding one more chore to the weekend, recurring Dog Poop Clean Up is the simple fix that keeps the job from piling up.
That matters in a city where daily routines often run through real streets and real schedules, not just the backyard. A homeowner heading home from errands near State Street or working back toward the house after a day out does not usually want to spend the first part of the evening scanning the yard. In neighborhoods like Bellevue, Woodlawn, and the Northside, we help pet parents stay ahead of buildup before it turns into a bigger cleanup job. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that, we keep the visits on a steady schedule so your yard does not get away from you.
When the weather shifts, the mess can shift with it. Wet stretches can leave the yard softer and easier to track through, while warmer days can make odor more noticeable and turn even a small amount of waste into something everyone notices. That is why recurring service is such a good fit here. It helps keep the grass cleaner, cuts down on step-in surprises, and makes the backyard feel like a place you can actually use for play time, a quick break outside, or a cookout with friends. If you live near Central Park or use the Mohawk River area for outdoor routines, you already know how much local families value simple, dependable outdoor time, and the same idea applies at home.
We focus on the parts of the yard that get used most, like the back path, fence line, patio edge, and the spots where dogs naturally return again and again. That kind of steady attention is what makes recurring service work better than waiting until the yard gets out of hand. It is convenient, reliable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. For pet parents in Schenectady who want more usable backyard space and less weekend chore pressure, our team makes it easier to spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If that sounds like the kind of routine that would help at your house, reach out today and get recurring POOP 911 service set up for your Schenectady home.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
