Fantastic service with excellent communication. This is the second home over used Poop911 for and I’ll definitely recommend to neighbors.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting extra use and the cleanup keeps falling to the bottom of the list, the mess starts building faster than most pet parents expect. In Shady Hills, Florida, that can mean more odor, more tracking, and less comfortable time outside, especially when the weather turns warm and damp. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a yard can go from manageable to annoying in just a few busy days.
Shady Hills is a census-designated place in Pasco County, and everyday routines here often run through local roads, school pickup, and errands that leave less time for backyard chores. If your week already includes a run past Shady Hills Elementary School, a drive near County Line Road, or time around the Suncoast Parkway, the last thing you want is to spend your evening doing one more job outside. We help keep that part of the routine off your plate with dependable recurring service that fits real family schedules.
Recurring dog poop removal makes the most sense when the backyard is part play space, part hangout spot, and part dog run. That is common in this area, where families use the yard more often than they think they do, then notice the buildup only when it starts getting in the way. On warmer Florida days, waste breaks down into odor more quickly, and after rain it is even easier for a yard to feel messy before anyone has time to catch up. That is why a steady schedule helps more than a one-time cleanup. It keeps grass, fence lines, and the high-traffic parts of the yard ready for kids, dogs, and guests without the scramble.
If you have a weekend cookout planned, or you just want the patio and play area to stay usable after school and after errands, we make that easier with routine visits. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can start with a fresh reset and then stay ahead of the pileup from there. We work with the kind of real-world access details that matter, like side gates and the parts of the yard your dog actually uses most, so service stays convenient and predictable. For pet parents near places like Crews Lake Wilderness Park or the local school zone, that kind of consistency can be the difference between “we should really get to that” and a yard that is ready when you are.
Our Shady Hills team handles the work with care, because this service is about more than picking up waste. It is about giving you cleaner grass, fewer step-in surprises, less odor in warm weather, and more footloose and worry-free time with family and friends in the yard. If you want a simple, reliable Dog Poop Removal Service in Shady Hills, Florida, we are ready to help, and we would love to get you on a recurring schedule that fits the way your household actually lives.

Poop 911 does a great job taking care of all the mess my five large dogs leave behind. They are reliable and thorough. They have been very diligent about ensuring that the gates are closed before they leave, which is of supreme importance to me.. They are also extremely kind to my exuberant dogs when they encounter them outdoors. I am extremely happy with their job performance.

Very thorough walking through of property. Excellent communication. The online sign-up was a little bumpy between the automated messaging and automated phone call. But signing up worked out in the end. Great service for pet owners!

I've been using Poop911 for several years now. First in Palm Harbor and currently in Spring Hill. They do a great job cleaning up the yard after 4 dogs and are very professional. They always let me know when they're on the way and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. The service is very budget friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Poop911 to take care of the dog doo in your yard! I believe any prior negative reviews were during transfer of ownership.

I am very disappointed with this service. I had an initial appointment on 1/21/2025. And I didn’t hear from anyone all day, so I called the 800 number and had to leave several messages. It has been almost a week and still no contact. I called the local New Port Richey location and a man referred me to my local person who acted if my busy wasn’t needed and basically didn’t care that I was cancelling service. So, I assume that this company has so many clients that they don’t need anymore. I called Doody Calls 800 number and an actual human answered and was able to help me.

I have tried to be patient, but this company does not believe in customer service. You can call the corporate all you want, and they say they will pass on "an urgent message because this is not how we treat our clients." I had an initial service scheduled for Monday, March 25th. No one showed up. I called them when I got back from vacation, and no one returned my call. I thought I'd give them another chance. So I made an appointment for 4/8. Guess what?! No one showed up, and they don't return calls. Probably a scam company. I'd love to know how the people they're getting 4-star reviews from actually got them to come to their house.

We signed up for the service two weeks ago. The first service was supposed to be 2/10 and no one showed up. We tried calling the next day and the corporate number keeps telling us they will send an urgent message. The second service was for 2/17 and no one has showed up. Now our portal shows no services scheduled. This company is a complete SCAM. BEWARE!!!!!
