Wonderful work and very professional as well as personable.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When dog waste starts building up in the yard, it can turn a simple back outside into one more chore on an already full day. For pet parents in the South Vienna, Ohio area, POOP 911 gives you an easier way to keep the grass cleaner and the yard more usable without spending your weekends on scoop duty. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we understand how quickly a favorite potty spot can get out of hand when dogs use the same stretch of lawn day after day.
Recurring service is especially helpful when your yard gets regular foot traffic from kids, guests, or dogs that like to patrol the fence line and the same corners over and over. In mixed weather, waste can get missed more easily under grass, leaves, or damp spots, and that means odor, muddy paws, and surprise messes tend to pile up faster than expected. With a set schedule, the cleanup stays ahead of weekly buildup instead of becoming a last-minute weekend project.
Many pet parents around South Vienna are juggling the same routine, work, errands, school pick-up, and a dog that still needs backyard time at the end of the day. That is where consistent pooper scooper service makes a real difference. We handle the dirty part so your patio, play area, and main yard stay more ready for everyday use. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which helps you get started with a fresh baseline before regular visits keep things under control.
We also keep the service simple. If you have a gate, side yard entry, dog run, or a main area where your dog likes to go every time, recurring cleanup can focus on the places that matter most. That means fewer step-in surprises, less odor in warmer weather, and less time spent scanning the grass before letting the dog back out. It is a practical fit for families who want the yard to stay usable for play time, cookouts, and everyday relaxing, not just for the dog.
POOP 911 helps pet parents spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you want a cleaner backyard and a routine that fits real life in South Vienna, Ohio, we are ready to help. Set up recurring Pooper Scoopers Services and let us take one messy task off your list so you can enjoy the space more often.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Client for 8 yrs or more, they have my ph# to call, text or email. My sister's tiny dog visited for a week. They SUSPEND my account because there is a 3rd dog? No call, text, email? Very poor business sense! Looking for another service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

This service is a life saver for busy dog parents! I have a temporary fence up currently and they have had no problem unhooking it to get in my yard to do cleanup. Well worth the money!!!

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.

The woman who comes to clean our yard always does a great job! They send texts and emails to let me know when they're on the way. My dogs have been out a handful of times when she arrives and she's always so sweet to them. The price is affordable as well!

They show up when they say they will and I have a nice clean yard afterwards. If weather prevents them from coming, e.g. weather, they contact and let me know when they will come.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me $60.00 for the first visit, have only serviced my yard about 4-5 times, tops. They do not remove the waste for you, they leave it on your property. I requested 3 times to have the dog waste left outback instead out front of my house. After the fourth time, I sent an email asking why this simple task had not been completed. The email I had received gave no explanation and said they thought it would be best to close my account. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co worker uses a company that does what you ask the first time and removes waste from your property.
