The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
If your yard in the Stuyvesant Plaza area starts to feel like one more chore after work, you are not alone. Between quick potty breaks, kids heading outside, and the usual weekly buildup, pet waste can stack up faster than most people expect. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we keep the cleanup side simple so your lawn, patio, and play spaces stay easier to enjoy.
For a busy household, the biggest win is usually not just a cleaner yard, it is fewer little annoyances all week long. A missed spot near the gate, a run of wet weather, or a favorite bathroom corner by the fence line can turn a quick step outside into a mess. That is exactly why recurring service makes sense here. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep coming back on a steady schedule so the work does not pile up on your weekend. It is a practical way to stay ahead of odor, keep grass more usable, and cut down on those surprise cleanups right before company comes over.
Many pet parents want the same thing from a Pooper Scooper Service, a backyard that feels ready for real life. That means cleaner grass around the spots your dog actually uses, less tracking on shoes and paws, and a better experience when the family wants to head out for a little fresh air. Recurring cleanup is especially helpful when one part of the yard gets hit more than the rest, like a side yard, a dog run, or the stretch near a patio where people and pets cross back and forth all day.
In a service area like Stuyvesant Plaza, New York, this kind of help is about routine as much as it is about appearance. If you are trying to manage muddy paw traffic after rain, extra smell during warmer stretches, or fast buildup when the grass is growing quickly, a regular visit keeps the job from becoming a bigger project later. It also helps when your household uses the backyard for everyday play time, because the yard stays more comfortable for kids, guests, and dogs without you having to sweep through it yourself every few days.
We focus on making the service convenient and dependable. That means showing up on schedule, working around normal yard access when possible, and handling the areas that matter most to your daily routine, like fence lines, gate entries, and the spots your dog seems to prefer over and over again. You get a cleaner outdoor space without having to think about the job, and that can make a big difference when your week is already full.
If you are ready to spend more time enjoying the yard and less time chasing after it, schedule recurring POOP 911 service in Stuyvesant Plaza, New York. We will help keep things cleaner, easier, and more footloose and worry-free for family time outside. Reach out today to get started, and let us take the poop scoop off your weekend list.
Our Pooper Scooper Service in Stuyvesant Plaza, New York is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee. Put simply, you can expect a carefree experience from beginning to end.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
