They always communicate and are very consistent with their service. Very nice to work with.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, the cleanup job gets real fast. In Sun Valley, Nevada, families who head out to places like Sun Valley Regional Park, or just work their way around the neighborhood on errands and back home again, often want the backyard to be ready the minute the gate opens. That is where our locally owned and operated POOP 911 branch comes in, with a team made up of pet parents who understand how quickly a yard can go from usable to “not today.”
Sun Valley sits in Washoe County, and the local outdoor routine is built around shared spaces, school runs, and getting outside when the time is right. With Washoe County parks and trails nearby, plus active yards that see kids, dogs, and visitors moving in and out, pet waste can pile up before anyone notices. We help keep that from becoming the thing that cuts short family time, patio time, or a quick play session with the dog.
For many pet parents here, the goal is simple. They want cleaner grass, fewer step-in surprises, and less odor hanging around when the weather warms up. That is especially true in a place like Sun Valley, where dry spells can leave waste more noticeable, but any stretch of weather and yard use can still make buildup feel like it appears overnight. Recurring Pet Waste Cleanup helps keep the yard under control before it turns into a weekend project.
We handle the regular visits so you do not have to keep circling the same fence line, side yard, or favorite dog run every few days. If your household is managing kids after school, weekend visitors, or a dog that uses the same patch of grass again and again, recurring service keeps the space more comfortable and less stressful. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that, we keep the routine going so you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
That convenience matters in a place where daily life often means driving between home, local parks, and errands on roads like Sun Valley Boulevard and 7th Avenue. When you are already juggling the rest of the day, the last thing you need is another chore waiting in the backyard. Our service is practical, reliable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards, which makes it easier to stay ahead of the mess without adding another task to your list.
If your household uses the backyard daily for play time, or if you are just trying to reduce weekend chores, a recurring schedule can be the difference between a yard you avoid and a yard you actually enjoy. We can help keep the outdoor space cleaner for dogs, kids, and guests, so the patio feels more usable and the grass stays more welcoming. If you are ready for a simpler routine in Sun Valley, let us set up your recurring visit and take the poop patrol off your weekend.

We have been using them for over a year now. Everything has been great till yesterday. One of them peed on the side of my house and they threw away someone else's poop bag in my trash can. I don't think that's right. I have it all on camera. I won't post the videos on here. I did email and call them. Haven't heard from them. Just make sure they aren't peeing on the side of your house. His name is Adrian.

I signed up for the promotion of one free cleaning and was extremely disappointed. Crew was supposed to arrive at 12:00 PM at the latest and didn’t arrive until 3:00 until I had to call several times to get them there. I decided to cancel service due to this and was charged $50 for a one time cleanup. When I called they said “they aren’t in the Buisness of scooping poop for free” and decided to charge my card whatever they wanted. Very disappointing and so t be recommending.

This company is so fantastic! I have an Irish wolfhound and have been using the service for a little over three years, not only does her horse sized poops get picked up but all the people that have been assigned to my yard over the years have developed friendships with my girl. Adrian has been our guy for quite a while now and he brings her a little treat every time he comes and even has a cute little nickname for her. ❤️ Beyond that, I had my identity stolen last spring and emailed the company asking to pause services for a couple weeks while I got things handled, they went above and beyond continuing my service through those weeks, it was such a relief knowing that my girl’s yard was still clean with all the stress of a stolen identity. 10/10 would and do recommend poop 911.

Always reliable! They come to our house every Tuesday. I think the whole time we have been with them they only had to reschedule once for snow, but they called and told us they would be out later in the week because there was too much snow. I was surprised to see them out working on the 4th of July! I wasn’t expecting them to come out that day. They are friendly, they are kind to our dogs and they move quickly. I really appreciate them coming out to our place and taking care of a chore that we have been struggling with keeping up on for years. Highly recommend!

There is nothing better than not having to cleanup after my own dogs and having a clean yard when I get home from a long day at work. They are reasonably priced and accommodating. They are great with my dogs & my dogs love when they come visit. They are here to help me clean up but they always make some extra time to give some love to my pack.

Jennifer Hegg, the owner of Poop 911, Sparks, has been servicing my yard for a year, now, and has been Great! I'm disabled and Jenn is always going the extra mile to make sure the yard is clean and sanitized. I've had others clean the yard but they were inconsistent. I'm extremely happy with Jenn's work and her work ethic and I highly recommend her.
