I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like I need to on this one. I hired Charlotte Poop 911 recently and was charged their new, higher prices, expecting better service. Unfortunately, the tech was at my house for about 10 minutes and left — and didn’t pick up most of the piles in my yard. For a service that now costs significantly more than before, that was not acceptable. They raised their prices but didn’t deliver the quality that should come with it. I’ve already requested a refund for this visit and asked for a different tech going forward — I shouldn’t have to worry about all the dog poop still sitting in my yard after paying top dollar. Not the experience I expected. Hopefully they fix this, because right now the price increase feels like a cash grab without accountability.

We have been using this company for 2 years. Now all of the sudden they're charging us a fee when the weather is bad and they can't come out but they're still charging us a service fee. I'm not even sure what kind of a service fee you would charge for not doing your job. Now because of the weather they couldn't come for 2 weeks and they're not only charging us the service fee but they're also charging us $50 to clean up for 2 weeks because of the "EXTRA" waste in the yard. Well guess what locking my card you won't get a dime from me. Canceling this company and going with somebody a lot more professional and better priced. Poop 911 should be ashamed of themselves. They should look at their customers needs and not what they decide all of the sudden they want to freaking charge. I read their entire website and there is nothing on their website that says if they have to cancel due to whether they still would charge a fee. Never did it in the past but now all of a sudden that's what we're doing. Sadly their technicians are all really nice and have been really good to us. The last one we had was never here for more than 2 minutes and definitely skipped things but I was willing to overlook that but not anymore. I always leave a tip for them and a Christmas gift for them so that's who I feel sorry for. They all should walk off and go with a better company. I'm canceling poop 911. We've gone through so many technicians because they either quit or got fired. Not sure how you get fired from a company that you just scoops poop out of yards. What could you possibly do wrong to get fired. I absolutely do not recommend this company in any way shape or form.
