Wonderful work and very professional as well as personable.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the backyard starts getting used every day, dog waste can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. That is especially true after a few wet days, during warm stretches, or when the grass keeps growing and hiding what is underfoot. For families in the Waynesville area, our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a yard can go from usable to frustrating. Our recurring pet waste cleanup service is built to keep that part of home life simpler, cleaner, and a lot less stressful.
A lot of customers call us when the yard is not just for dogs, it is also where kids play, where friends stop by, and where everyone tries to relax without watching every step. If you are a homeowner preparing for guests, or a family trying to reduce weekend chores, recurring service helps keep the mess from taking over your routine. We clean the high use areas that matter most, including favorite bathroom spots, fence lines, side yards, patios, and play areas, so the space stays easier to enjoy between visits.
In a place like Waynesville, where weather can swing from damp to warm and back again, waste does not stay convenient for long. Rain can soften the ground and spread odor, heat can make it worse, and fast grass growth can hide problems until the yard gets used again. That is why many pet parents benefit more from a steady schedule than from catching up once in a while. Recurring cleanup helps you stay ahead of weekly buildup, keeps the grass more pleasant to use, and reduces the chance of that one surprise step everyone hates.
We also make the service fit into everyday life. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep coming on a regular schedule so you do not have to think about it. That kind of convenience matters when you are juggling errands, work, family time, and the usual dog routine. Instead of spending part of your weekend doing the dirty job yourself, you can focus on enjoying the yard with your pets, your kids, and your guests, footloose and worry-free.
If you want a cleaner yard and less chore pressure in the Waynesville area, POOP 911 is ready to help. Our team keeps the process simple, reliable, and handled with care for both pets and yards. Reach out today to set up recurring Pet Waste Removal and make the backyard easier to enjoy all week long.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Client for 8 yrs or more, they have my ph# to call, text or email. My sister's tiny dog visited for a week. They SUSPEND my account because there is a 3rd dog? No call, text, email? Very poor business sense! Looking for another service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

This service is a life saver for busy dog parents! I have a temporary fence up currently and they have had no problem unhooking it to get in my yard to do cleanup. Well worth the money!!!

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.

The woman who comes to clean our yard always does a great job! They send texts and emails to let me know when they're on the way. My dogs have been out a handful of times when she arrives and she's always so sweet to them. The price is affordable as well!

They show up when they say they will and I have a nice clean yard afterwards. If weather prevents them from coming, e.g. weather, they contact and let me know when they will come.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me $60.00 for the first visit, have only serviced my yard about 4-5 times, tops. They do not remove the waste for you, they leave it on your property. I requested 3 times to have the dog waste left outback instead out front of my house. After the fourth time, I sent an email asking why this simple task had not been completed. The email I had received gave no explanation and said they thought it would be best to close my account. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co worker uses a company that does what you ask the first time and removes waste from your property.
