Wonderful work and very professional as well as personable.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts collecting more than you planned, the mess has a way of showing up right when the kids want to play or guests are on the way. That is where our Waynesville, Ohio Dog Poop Service makes life easier. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we keep the focus on one simple goal, helping you keep your outdoor space cleaner without adding another chore to your week.
If you are managing a busy household, the last thing you want is to spend your free time doing one more sweep of the grass before anyone can use the backyard. Recurring service helps stay ahead of the buildup that happens in everyday dog life, especially when pets have a favorite bathroom spot near the fence line, along a side yard, or close to the patio. A regular schedule is often the easiest way to keep the yard more usable and to cut down on odor, fly activity, and the unpleasant surprise of missed waste after a few busy days.
That matters even more when weather keeps changing. Wet stretches can make waste harder to notice, grass can grow fast enough to hide it, and a warm spell can make odors more noticeable fast. In the Waynesville area, a practical routine usually beats a once-in-a-while cleanup because waste does not wait for a convenient weekend. We show up on schedule, work the areas your dog actually uses, and help keep the space ready for real family life, not just for when you finally have time to deal with it.
Our recurring POOP 911 service is built for the way pet parents actually use their yards. We handle the first cleanup free when you sign up for recurring service, then keep coming back so you are not starting from scratch every week. That means less stepping carefully across the grass, less rushing to clean up before company arrives, and more easy time outside with your dog, kids, and friends. It is a simple service, but it makes a real difference when you want the yard to feel comfortable, clean, and ready for everyday use. If you are ready for a reliable routine that keeps your outdoor space in better shape, sign up with the Waynesville, Ohio POOP 911 team and let us help you enjoy more footloose and worry-free time in the yard.
Our Dog Poop Service in Waynesville, Ohio is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee. Put simply, you can expect a carefree experience from beginning to end.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Client for 8 yrs or more, they have my ph# to call, text or email. My sister's tiny dog visited for a week. They SUSPEND my account because there is a 3rd dog? No call, text, email? Very poor business sense! Looking for another service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

This service is a life saver for busy dog parents! I have a temporary fence up currently and they have had no problem unhooking it to get in my yard to do cleanup. Well worth the money!!!

My yard was terrible from the winter and they came and cleaned it up so fast and it looked great

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.

The woman who comes to clean our yard always does a great job! They send texts and emails to let me know when they're on the way. My dogs have been out a handful of times when she arrives and she's always so sweet to them. The price is affordable as well!

They show up when they say they will and I have a nice clean yard afterwards. If weather prevents them from coming, e.g. weather, they contact and let me know when they will come.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me $60.00 for the first visit, have only serviced my yard about 4-5 times, tops. They do not remove the waste for you, they leave it on your property. I requested 3 times to have the dog waste left outback instead out front of my house. After the fourth time, I sent an email asking why this simple task had not been completed. The email I had received gave no explanation and said they thought it would be best to close my account. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co worker uses a company that does what you ask the first time and removes waste from your property.
