Wonderful work and very professional as well as personable.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets used every day, cleanup can slip fast, especially after wet weather or a stretch of busy family time. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we help West Carrollton dog owners keep the yard ready for real life, not just for weekends. In a city with plenty of outdoor space through the parks system and day to day movement along major routes like South Alex Road and Central Avenue, it helps to have one less chore hanging over the back door.
West Carrollton’s official Parks and Recreation Department maintains more than 100 acres of park land, including ten parks, the Soccer Complex, and Wilson Park Pool, so outdoor time is clearly part of the rhythm here. That kind of active lifestyle usually means dogs are in and out of the backyard a lot too. Add in Ohio’s mixed weather, and you get the usual cycle of damp ground, fast grass growth, and waste that gets harder to notice once the lawn thickens up. Our recurring Dog Poop Removal Service is built for that kind of routine, with scheduled visits that help keep the yard cleaner without you having to keep checking it yourself. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is simple.
For many pet parents in West Carrollton, the biggest win is not a fancy yard makeover. It is just having a space that feels ready for kids, guests, and dogs at the same time. If you are trying to keep a play area usable after school, or you want the patio to stay more pleasant before company comes over, regular cleanup makes a noticeable difference. It also helps cut down on that slow build of odor that can show up when warmer weather lingers and waste sits too long. We focus on the parts of the yard that matter most, like the main run, fence line, and the spots your dog returns to again and again.
Recurring service also fits the way busy households actually move through town. If your week includes errands, school pickup, work commutes, or a quick stop back home before heading out again, the yard chores are easy to push off until later. Then later becomes the weekend. That is exactly why scheduled visits are so useful here. They keep the cleanup from becoming a larger job, and they help you stay ahead of the mess instead of reacting to it after it has already piled up.
We keep the service straightforward and dependable. You choose a recurring schedule that works for your household, and we handle the cleanup with care for both pets and yards. If you are near Wilson Park, around the Soccer Complex, or simply living your normal routine anywhere in West Carrollton, our job is to make the backyard easier to enjoy when you get home. That means less weekend chore pressure, fewer step-in surprises, and more footloose and worry-free time outside with family and friends. If you are ready for a cleaner yard and a simpler routine, schedule recurring service with your West Carrollton POOP 911 team today.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Client for 8 yrs or more, they have my ph# to call, text or email. My sister's tiny dog visited for a week. They SUSPEND my account because there is a 3rd dog? No call, text, email? Very poor business sense! Looking for another service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

This service is a life saver for busy dog parents! I have a temporary fence up currently and they have had no problem unhooking it to get in my yard to do cleanup. Well worth the money!!!

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me $60.00 for the first visit, have only serviced my yard about 4-5 times, tops. They do not remove the waste for you, they leave it on your property. I requested 3 times to have the dog waste left outback instead out front of my house. After the fourth time, I sent an email asking why this simple task had not been completed. The email I had received gave no explanation and said they thought it would be best to close my account. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co worker uses a company that does what you ask the first time and removes waste from your property.
