We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard cleanups have a way of sneaking up on busy pet parents, especially when dogs use the same favorite spots day after day. In West Chester, Ohio, that can mean more odor, more step-in surprises, and less time spent actually enjoying the yard. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we keep the focus on making your outdoor space easier to use, not adding one more chore to your week.
Recurring dog waste cleanup works best when the yard gets used often. If your dogs head straight for the fence line, the side yard, or that one patch of grass by the patio, waste builds up fast and gets harder to keep under control. Weekly service helps stay ahead of that routine, so the grass feels cleaner, the patio stays more pleasant, and you do not have to scan the yard before letting the kids out or before guests come by.
That matters in a place like West Chester, where pet routines are usually tied to everyday life, not big events. After errands, school pickup, or a long workday, most families just want to open the back door and let the dogs out without thinking about what is waiting in the grass. Recurring service keeps the cleanup on a schedule, which makes the yard easier to use even when weather shifts, rain leaves things soft, or warm days bring smell to the surface faster than you expect. It is a simple way to protect your time and keep your outdoor space more comfortable.
We also make the setup convenient. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we come back on a regular rhythm that fits your routine. That means less weekend chore pressure, fewer missed spots, and a better chance of keeping high-use areas under control before buildup starts to take over. For pet parents who want a cleaner yard without having to think about it every few days, that steady schedule is the whole point.

We handle the dirty part with care so you can spend more time enjoying the yard and less time managing it. Reach out today to set up recurring service and keep your space cleaner week after week.

This was my first visit having them come out. I have the man a tip because I thought he was almost done and didn’t want to miss him. After he left I went outside to lock my gate and noticed there was still 6-7 piles of poop in my yard on one side, checked the other side same thing. I don’t even know if he did my hill at all. I paid for a service, I expect it to be done completely.

Mark came out for our first visit, in the pouring rain and collected 12 bags of waste. We have 3 dogs and one is a Mastiff. Mark was very friendly and assured us that he will do an even more thorough job next time! We were very happy with his service.

Thank you for making our life easier ! We’re so pleased

Most important to me is the gate being closed and lock back on. And that is exactly what they do. I had a knee replacement, so poop911 is perfect.

Poop 911 is my favorite service that I have! I can count on them to come out every week, and my yard to be poop free. They are great at communicating when there are issues, and the guy that cleans my yard doesn’t mind if my dogs are out when he comes (but we always try to bring them in since they like to bark)

They have done a really good job. But this past week, they left dome poop in the yard, maybe because it started to rain. But a note to that effect would have been nice.

Love this company!! They’re extremely professional and answer any questions you may have. If you have to leave a voicemail, you get a call right back and they really take the time to listen to you and any concerns you may have. Highly recommended POOP-911
