Great service and they always make sure all gates are closed so my pups don’t get loose!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets a little too lived in, and the weekend already has errands, kids, and dog time packed into it, Pet Waste Cleanup can make the whole space feel usable again. The West Sacramento POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand that the goal is not just a cleaner yard, it is a yard you can actually enjoy without doing one more unpleasant chore first.
West Sacramento has a lot of outdoor life built into the daily routine, from neighborhood park visits to time near River Walk Park and the trail network the city maintains across town. That matters because dogs do not wait for a free afternoon, and neither do family plans. In a place with warm, dry summers and a winter rainy season, waste left sitting can turn into odor, flies, or muddy cleanup trouble depending on the week. If your backyard is the spot where kids run after school or where the dog heads out every hour, recurring service helps keep the space ready instead of always a little behind.
We focus on the spots that matter in real life, like the side yard, the gate path, the fence line, the patio edge, and the play area your dog keeps choosing. That is especially helpful in homes where the yard gets daily traffic before and after school, after errands on Jefferson Boulevard, or after a quick stop near West Capitol Avenue. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep on a schedule that fits the way pet parents actually live.
For a busy commuter household returning from work, that kind of routine takes pressure off the end of the day. You do not have to circle the yard before letting the dog out. You do not have to wonder what happened while the kids were outside. You just get a cleaner, easier space for family time, and that means more footloose and worry-free time in the backyard instead of a running mental list of chores. If you have a favorite area for play or a patio that gets used every evening, recurring cleanup helps keep those spaces more inviting between visits.
West Sacramento yards can also shift fast when the weather does. Dry stretches can make waste more noticeable and more odorous, while wetter periods can make cleanup feel less tidy and more urgent. That is where a dependable recurring plan really earns its keep. We help pet parents stay ahead of buildup before it turns into a bigger weekend job, and we do it with a simple, reliable service that is handled by people who care about pets and yards. If you want help keeping your lawn, patio, and play areas cleaner without adding another thing to your Saturday list, our West Sacramento team is ready to get started.

Wanted to leave a review to praise the owner for handling and listening to a very frustrated customer. Let me start by saying the service was fantastic. The frustration came with miscommunication of what I wanted in my subscription and what I was told by a call center. (Not the actual owner). He assured me he would look into the situation and provide feedback. I can be a bit of a loud talker (HaHa) but it was handled with professionalism and at the end he made everything right. I would definitely recommend this franchise

I've just started using this service and I couldn't be happier. They are always punctual, arriving right on schedule every week, and they do a thorough job every time. It's clear they take pride in their work and they make sure nothing is missed and leave the yard spotless. It's such a relief not to have to worry about this chore anymore. The convenience alone is worth it, but the consistent professionalism really sets them apart. If you're a dog owner looking to keep your yard clean without the hassle, I highly recommend this service!

Dora is the bright star in this company. Before her we had Kyle who was professional and friendly after him Dora came with treats for the dogs and very cheerful personality. We love Dora. Now we have Emily and she's through ( no treats 😔 ) but the boys seem to like her. Maybe if Scott got more people we could get an extra day of pickup. Until then 7 dogs compete for grass space. I'd very much recommend Poop 911. Great job. Update: 2/14/26 Dora is still great. In the past two months they have trained two new people; my hope with the new staff, they would accommodate our request for a third day. Meanwhile, Poop911 is very good at their job.

WOW! Unbelievable job! We have two large dogs (american staff/rot mixes) and we had a hard time keeping up with their poop and had way too much to handle with our full time jobs! Made the appointment so quickly and easily, and they came out exactly when we needed them too and handled all of it! Stellar job and so happy to know we have someone who will keep our yard clean with ongoing service and at a reasonable price!! 5 STARS 100%!

Poop 911 service in Tracy, CA has been such a big help! To follow up on my previous review, I am now coming to the end of my cancer treatment and we have a new tech but our service still remains amazing! The process is so easy for me and knowing my fur baby has a clean yard weekly takes a lot of stress off of me, thank you for all you guys do and Happy New Year!

We absolutely love POOP 911! They’re quick, reliable, and super easy to communicate with. Our tech is always friendly and respectful, which we really appreciate. Adding this to our budget was totally worth it! It’s such a small cost, and it’s saved us so much time and stress. We used to scramble every week when we realized our yard person was coming and we forgot to pick up the dog poop (again). It was one of those chores we dreaded, and now we don’t even have to think about it. It’s amazing how much better things feel just by having this one task taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re even thinking about it!!
