Great service and they always make sure all gates are closed so my pups don’t get loose!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards get used differently when dogs are in the mix. One day it is a quick potty break, the next it is kids running through the grass, guests stepping onto the patio, and everyone hoping the yard feels ready without a cleanup scramble. That is where our West Sacramento, California branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on the simple job most people would rather not spend their weekend doing.
In a place like West Sacramento, recurring cleanup can make a real difference when yard use is steady and the timing is never perfect. Dogs tend to return to the same favorite spots along fence lines, near gates, or in the patch of yard that gets the most daily traffic. If chores keep getting pushed back, waste builds up fast, odors become more noticeable, and the grass is less pleasant for bare feet, playtime, or a last-minute hangout outside. Regular Dog Poop Clean Up Services help keep that routine under control before it turns into a bigger job.
Our service is built for real routines, not perfect ones. If you are a parent managing kids and dogs after school, a busy commuter household that gets home late, or a homeowner trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup, a recurring plan keeps the yard more predictable. We handle the cleanup on a schedule that fits your needs, so your dog’s favorite bathroom area does not take over the whole yard and your patio stays more inviting.
That kind of consistency matters in any service area, especially when pets use the same paths again and again. We focus on the spots that get missed most often, including side yards, dog runs, play areas, and the areas around gates where waste tends to get overlooked. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started and catch the yard up right away. After that, the goal is simple, a cleaner space, fewer step-in surprises, and less odor hanging around when the weather warms up.
If you want more usable backyard space and less weekend chore pressure, we can help. POOP 911 keeps the work practical, reliable, and pet friendly so you can spend more time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. Reach out today to set up recurring service for your West Sacramento area home and let us take dog waste cleanup off your regular to-do list.

Where to even begin, they would often miss spots in the yard and I discovered they had been overcharging me for years. Now obviously I should have been checking my receipts from them but when I moved, I mentioned I had a grass yard instead of bark and turns out, they continued to charge me for bark. When I called them to discuss next steps they said that they would not refund me anything at all and only offered the next service for free. I was even laughed at by the man on the phone despite being a loyal customer for almost five years. I promptly canceled my services. They would literally spend two minutes cleaning up the dog poop. Just do it yourself and save yourself the headache, this company is such a scam.

Wanted to leave a review to praise the owner for handling and listening to a very frustrated customer. Let me start by saying the service was fantastic. The frustration came with miscommunication of what I wanted in my subscription and what I was told by a call center. (Not the actual owner). He assured me he would look into the situation and provide feedback. I can be a bit of a loud talker (HaHa) but it was handled with professionalism and at the end he made everything right. I would definitely recommend this franchise

I've just started using this service and I couldn't be happier. They are always punctual, arriving right on schedule every week, and they do a thorough job every time. It's clear they take pride in their work and they make sure nothing is missed and leave the yard spotless. It's such a relief not to have to worry about this chore anymore. The convenience alone is worth it, but the consistent professionalism really sets them apart. If you're a dog owner looking to keep your yard clean without the hassle, I highly recommend this service!

My wife and I never give bad reviews and we feel bad having to write this review today. We've been been with POOP911 for over a year and always loved their service. We have 2 dogs, 85 lb lab/bulldog mix and a 30 lb beagle. Along with what others have stated in the reviews, DORA was awesome!! She always came to our home happy and with treats---our boys loved her. About 2 months ago---a guy started coming out (not sure his name), he did a terrible job in our yard and was leaving poop behind--cause smells. Talked to Scott the owner and told him our concerns. He promply offered a couple weeks free and put us on the full service spray for our turf. He also assigned Dora back to our home----we were happy. Now today, a new guy came into our yard (never seen him before). He wasn't in our yard for more than 3 minutes. Missed poop in 2 areas and didn't even go to those areas. We had video on ring for his service and we also took pictures. I messaged Scott to tell him our concerns again and cancel our service (sent him pics and video also). His response was, I totally understand. I didn't charge you for today and I cancelled your service. Not an apology or any type of explanation. Anyways, we had recommended this service to multiple people (a couple started and cancelled services already). We are now canclled and would not recommend to anyone. Scott---if you are going to run a business, especially with your employees coming into people back yards, they need to be friendly and professional. You need to hire more people like Dora----all the others are terrible. Just some honest feedback. It was great while it lasted.

I love my guy that picks up our poop rain or shine. Does a fantastic job and so helpful with any questions I may have. My dog Jethro loves his clean yard too!

Dora is the bright star in this company. Before her we had Kyle who was professional and friendly after him Dora came with treats for the dogs and very cheerful personality. We love Dora. Now we have Emily and she's through ( no treats 😔 ) but the boys seem to like her. Maybe if Scott got more people we could get an extra day of pickup. Until then 7 dogs compete for grass space. I'd very much recommend Poop 911. Great job. Update: 2/14/26 Dora is still great. In the past two months they have trained two new people; my hope with the new staff, they would accommodate our request for a third day. Meanwhile, Poop911 is very good at their job.

WOW! Unbelievable job! We have two large dogs (american staff/rot mixes) and we had a hard time keeping up with their poop and had way too much to handle with our full time jobs! Made the appointment so quickly and easily, and they came out exactly when we needed them too and handled all of it! Stellar job and so happy to know we have someone who will keep our yard clean with ongoing service and at a reasonable price!! 5 STARS 100%!

Poop 911 service in Tracy, CA has been such a big help! To follow up on my previous review, I am now coming to the end of my cancer treatment and we have a new tech but our service still remains amazing! The process is so easy for me and knowing my fur baby has a clean yard weekly takes a lot of stress off of me, thank you for all you guys do and Happy New Year!

We absolutely love POOP 911! They’re quick, reliable, and super easy to communicate with. Our tech is always friendly and respectful, which we really appreciate. Adding this to our budget was totally worth it! It’s such a small cost, and it’s saved us so much time and stress. We used to scramble every week when we realized our yard person was coming and we forgot to pick up the dog poop (again). It was one of those chores we dreaded, and now we don’t even have to think about it. It’s amazing how much better things feel just by having this one task taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re even thinking about it!!
