Great service!!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, pet waste can turn into one more thing families have to work around. In Whites Creek, where local green space and creek corridors shape the way people move outside, that buildup can make it harder to enjoy the backyard without watching every step. That is why our Whites Creek branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, with a service that keeps the yard ready for real life.
If your routine already includes school runs, errands, and quick trips along Whites Creek Pike or Old Hickory Boulevard, the last thing most pet parents want to do when they get home is a cleanup job before the kids can head back outside. Recurring service takes that off the list in a way that feels simple and steady. We show up on schedule, work the areas your dogs actually use, and help keep your grass, patio edges, and play space cleaner from week to week.
Whites Creek can be a good fit for recurring Pet Waste Cleanup because everyday yard use tends to be more consistent than occasional. Dogs run the same paths, kids follow behind them, and the spots near fence lines or favorite corners can get messy fast. Around here, greenway and park use are part of the local rhythm, and the same idea applies at home. When your backyard is being used often, a once-in-a-while cleanup usually is not enough to keep it feeling comfortable.
That is especially true after wet weather, when soft ground makes waste easier to miss, or during warmer stretches when odor becomes more noticeable. A recurring visit helps stay ahead of that cycle before it turns into a weekend catch-up project. It also keeps you from having to do the same sweep-and-search routine every time you want to let the dog out or let the kids play. For many pet parents, the real win is not just a cleaner yard, it is less stress when it is time to enjoy it.
We keep the process convenient and reliable, so it fits a normal household routine instead of interrupting it. If your gate access stays the same, we can work around it. If your dogs prefer one side yard, dog run, or high-traffic patch of grass, we focus there. That practical approach is what makes recurring service feel worthwhile, because it helps protect the parts of the yard you actually use for cookouts, play time, and hanging out with family and friends, footloose and worry-free.
Our first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easy to get started without a big commitment on day one. If you want a cleaner yard, fewer step-in surprises, and less weekend chore pressure, we are ready to help. The Whites Creek, Tennessee POOP 911 team can set up a schedule that fits your household and keep the cleanup consistent, friendly, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. Reach out today to start recurring service and enjoy more usable backyard space.

I will say Poop911 does a great job on my yard. My puppy is a poop eater so this is a necessity for us. They communicate very well with me and the boss has been great. They mathematically scour the yard so as to not miss anything. I would highly recommend them to all!

Most of the time, I don't even know they've been here until the email they send when they're finished. They are all friendly when we do see them. I wish everyone a blessed holiday.

Having 3 dogs it’s hard to keep up with keeping the yard clean along with everything else the rest of what a normal day brings. Being able to come home to a clean yard is priceless & they also have very reasonable prices 😉

Edit: Within an hour of all of this management called me and essentially echoed my feelings without me prompting anything. The person that I had a problem with is new (very obviously new to customer service in general, in my opinion) and has been corrected. I consider this resolved. I've had this service for a few months. Until today I've been very happy with it. I received a text message stating they couldn't provide the service due to "the amount of snow" in my yard. Nearly all the snow in my yard is gone... When I challenged it the person said it was actually because the ground was frozen, they can't pick up the poop like that, and only at that point told me that I'm not being charged for the visit. If I can do it, the people I'm paying can also do it. I don't know their policies, that should be communicated upfront. I don't know if I'm being charged, that should be communicated upfront. Communication needs to be a priority. Period.
