This company is a God send! I have 3 big dogs, work full time, a single mother of a busy 2 year old and also take care of my mother who became disabled 2 years ago. I’m the only one in our household who was physically able to go outside, but became difficult with my busy lifestyle. I found Poop 911 through a Google search and I’m so happy I did. I have 2 dogs and a decent size yard. It looked like land mines outside. After POOP 911 came my yard look amazing. It was also so easy to sign up on their website for the service. You definitely can’t beat the price!! Having this service has made my life much easier and I would recommend them to anyone who has a busy life style and doesn’t want to spend their weekends cleaning the yard. I don't know how they don't miss a spot (poop)! They're truly professionals. Every time they come, my yard looks like a dog was never there. I have a 105lb lab so you can imagine how my yard looks if I don't pick up after him. Yet, Poop911 manages to make it look perfect!

Need more consistency with who cleans your yard. Communication could be better and be able to talk on phone email only. Finally gotna really good yard cleaner rather then one that lied bout her service lets see if i can have this one keep returning. (I tipped well for got work if i had more cash would have given more)

Update 1/13/19 - Service is great. If I am home when they come - I don't know it. They quietly come and go and POOF - POOP GONE Enrollment was super easy. First yard cleaning was done well. Second appt I got an email stating there was an unforeseen circumstance for today's appt and that they would come tomorrow. I appreciate the notification and the date change wasn't a big deal since it is winter time and there is no grass cutting to be done. I rated a 3 only because I have only had one service so it is really too early to give a full rating...but I like what I see so far. I will update the review after a few cleanings.
