Extremely disappointed in service lately. We had a service issue (not picking up all poop in yard & on sidewalk in our yard) and the response from the company was that they didn’t know where our garbage can is and our grass maybe could be too long. 1) see photo of issue & grass height which we also sent to the company before this ridiculous response 2) if you don’t know where my garbage can is, why haven’t you asked? 3) if you don’t know where my garbage can is, where have you been disposing of the poop?? Hands down the most ridiculous response. I will be cancelling and employing a neighbor kid instead.

We started with Poop 911 in the Spring of Covid. I love love love dogs but dog poop has sent me into projectiles. It’s my kryptonite. Always adopted senior small dogs to spoil them until they meet their great reward. Our old dogs are now getting larger because I don’t have to worry about the gigantic bombs anymore. Poop 911 has literally assisted in the old dogs getting a good life as they cross the bridge.

Sometimes it's embarrassing to tell people we pay to have someone clean up dog poop, but I tell you.. it is worth it. They are reliable, it's not that expensive, and it's one less thing for us to do. I cancelled the service at the beginning of winter, but after 2 weeks I signed right back up again.

They're great! I have two Irish Wolfhounds (150 pounds each) and a pit x shepherd, so, a lot of poop. We have 3/4 acre. I pay $30-35/week. It is almost always the same person who comes out, at about the same time. He has the code for the lock on our gate, and has never forgotten to lock up when he leaves. (I had a service that left the gate wide open and the dogs escaped.) If the dogs are out when he shows up, I don't have to worry about managing them. He handles them just fine. I think they've only had to cancel twice in almost a year. This is the best luxury I've ever gotten for myself! This company is steady and reliable.
