Very professional, timely and did a great job in the yard. I’ve had a few of their workers come do my yard and they have always been wonderful and thorough. One even brought his wife and she helped rake our leaves after I had given birth and couldn’t get out there to do it. Another went around & picked up all of our sticks after a storm! Easy to work with and communicate with when we have gone out of town as well and needed to skip a week because our dogs also wouldn’t be home. Highly recommend.

Rain, snow, or wind they always seem to make it out to clean up what our dogs left behind. A god send in my book. With having kids and a busy work schedule it’s easy to push back cleaning up after the dogs. This service and the people take a huge weight off our family’s shoulders and we don’t have to worry about stepping in land mines. If they can’t make the scheduled date, they communicate well on re scheduling. Would highly recommend, and I shopped around before landing with 911 poop and I wouldn’t go back.I also have 2 Great Danes and a boxer so the mess can get out of hand fast and they have been on top of it since day 1.

This service was quick and easy to start and management of the services is seamless. The individual performing the task is very good at communicating and reviewing any changes that should be made to my original instructions. e.g. I have a slope in my back yard that other agencies rated as a hill and charged as such. Poop 911 technician informed me that it is not and took off the charge for it. This service is equal to any of the agencies I’ve used but much more economical! Glad I found them.
