Their service is top notch! All around from office to techs. Rick is our regular guy and he is the best! I’m not sure of the names of the other techs who have came but that have always been wonderful! I was nervous to have them come at first because my dogs can be overly affectionate, but Rick sat down with my dog (Oakley) and loved on her and said it made his day and honestly I think about that moment often and it makes me smile every time! I also know that when I’m not home she is safe with him and gets to spend some time receiving love! My German Shepard takes a while to warm up to people but he’s the biggest chicken ever lol Rick is patient with him and. Hunter gets so excited to see him. 10/10 would recommend!!

I booked service with Poop 911 online, and the whole process was extremely easy. I had my first dog poop cleaning yesterday, and I was very impressed. The technician communicated with me throughout the day to let me know when he would be here. The cleaning itself was very quick and not intrusive at all. He was very communicative afterward, and threw the waste into my trash can. I'm excited to have the service coming every week, and the price is very affordable!!

I can not recommend this company enough. They are there for you n your pets. I had card problems and they worked with me to solve the problem. My yard was always clean because of their services, and if I didn't think they got everything, they immediately sent someone to fix it. When both of my pets crossed the rainbow bridge, not only did I get a card with their condolences, my last service was free because they told me that I had enough to deal with. I will for sure use them again if I ever get another dog. Their prices are so reasonable, and their personnel are amazing.
