Poop911 is great! They literally get all the poop out of my backyard from my 2 dogs, every week. I definitely recommend their services to anyone who has dogs.

For starters again, I rarely if ever give 5 stars for anything. 5 stars assumes perfection & nothing is ever perfect when it involves things people anywhere do.

That said, I’ve been using Poop911 for over 2 years now & am very satisfied & happy with the service they provide. I haven’t used any of the other services but only my pets waste removal. Curt, my usual technician is friendly, professional & very thorough every visit. My dogs have been outside with me while he was performing his doody duties so I introduced them to him just in case. They like Curt & we don’t want any accidents happening so it’s wise to introduce your pets to your Poop911 technician for both the pets & the techs safely.

I’m a 100% service connected disabled veteran & can’t get out to do much anymore. I have meneires disease which causes horrible vertigo so walking around looking down to clean up after my dogs isn’t a good idea.

I will keep using Poop911 for the FANTASTIC service they provide. It’s a great value. They give a veterans discount of I believe 10% so I pay only $12.95 per week for 2 dogs one of which is a German Shepherd. So yeah, there’s usually quite a bit to pick up.

You won’t go wrong using this service to clean up after your pets too.
I do highly recommend them for their services!

Poop911 is apparently under new management in my area. I have been using Poop911 for nearly 5 years now. It is a great service especially for a disabled veteran like me!
Under the previous management for about the last year the regular service guy seemed to spend less & less time ensuring the yard was cleaned up. He missed quite obvious spots in multiple places on every trip. Some spots at times the exact same turd for weeks in a row which was to me quite disturbing particularly when right in front of a doorway! I did report this one time but things never really changed.
Now under the new management the new guy “Josh” seems to be taking the time & effort to ensure the Poop free yard that I was used to for the first several years I had the service.
I look forward to many more years of this vital service by Poop911 going forward!

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.
