UPDATE same day: I was contaced by Cliff. There was a technical error that created two accounts and he did not see the second with the appointment and credit card. He has taken care of the issue and I very much appreciate his apology and willingness to make things right.Thanks, Cliff!I made an appointment half a week to start regular cleaning services for my yard. I never received anything but a basic confirmation without a time they would be arriving. On the day, I still had not received any information. So I called multiple times through the day, once at around 9 AM, once at around 12 PM, and once at around 6 PM. I also sent a text message to the local cell number advertised on their Google listing. I never got a single response. It is now 8:30 PM and I assume no one is coming, or planning on giving me a head's up. I will be cancelling any future cleanings I was planning and going with a competitor.I am aware things come up. Appointments have to be rescheduled, or people are late. I can handle that. What I don't appreciate is being left with no word all day.
