Dora is the bright star in this company. Before her we had Kyle who was professional and friendly after him Dora came with treats for the dogs and very cheerful personality. We love Dora. Now we have Emily and she's through ( no treats 😔 ) but the boys seem to like her. Maybe if Scott got more people we could get an extra day of pickup. Until then 7 dogs compete for grass space. I'd very much recommend Poop 911. Great job.

My dogs already know and will actually follow them around for treats. Lol so I will bring them in just to make it easier on the workers. I have multiple dogs. We love this service! The staff is friendly and when they see my dogs, they always treat them with love. On the day of the appointment, we receive a text and email to notify us that they are on their way. Highly recommend If you are a busy person with multiple dogs. Picking up poop is a crappy job! I decided I didn't want to do it anymore...Nothing like getting a Professional Poop Picker-Upper to take over! POOP 911 does a great job, I get a reminder text so I can make sure my pupper is secure before they arrive AND they did an initial cleanup of the whole yard for FREE when I began my weekly service!! That alone would run you a couple hundred bucks from the other guys. The owner responds very quickly to texts and emails, and the technicians are thorough and professional.

I highly recommend POOP 911; they really know their shit.
