This was my first time using a dog waste removal company and I wish I called them sooner. I have two dogs and my yard was a nightmare for my spring cleanup. They did such a great job and I would recommend them to everyone. I’m very happy with the service.

**Please note I have never written a bad review in my life. I wanted to love this service so bad, especially to support companies like this during Covid times. I had paid $69.95 to clean the last 3 months and there was poop very visibly all over the yard - in front of the deck, where you walk in from the gate, all along the fence and in the middle of the yard. The man that came was here no less than 5 minutes. I called to explain my situation and didn’t get an answer so I sent an email. A woman named Myrna called and left me a voicemail that the man was coming back but she needed to go over the situation. My fiance called back and she had the attitude I’ve ever experienced from a customer service representative. She was very clearly upset with us and had a very stern tone when she said the man told her our yard was “COVERED in leaves”. She scoffed multiple times saying it’s "not their responsibility to clean our yard dig through our leaves”. The snow melted a day earlier and for the record, nobody had to DIG through leaves as the little there were. My yard looks just like everyone else's that lives in New England. The leaves that were in the corners of the yard were completely frozen to the ground. The poop that wasn't picked picked up was nowhere near these leaves and man who serviced our yard didn’t walk back and forth to look, but rather went to random sections of the yard. For a service that we paid that much for, I’m sorry but I expected a lot more than 5 minutes and to be scolded by a woman who I wish could had seen how my yard was left..

So glad I found this company to clean up after my dogs! With a hurt shoulder and extremely busy husband, it’s been difficult. The process to have Boston Poop 911 come out was so easy. The website was user friendly and they responded quickly to emails. The tech showed up and I didn’t even realize he was here. Clean up went great and it’s very affordable! Payments are electronic and prompt after service. Looking forward to continuing to work with them. :)

We work a lot of hours and share a yard with our neighbors so having Poop 911 come out every week to clean up for us is so helpful and the cost is wicked affordable! They do such a great job and it’s nice knowing we can walk outside and not worry about landmines. I’ve seen our tech on camera and he takes his time and makes sure he gets everything! Excellent prompt service. The tech arrived on the day of scheduled service to perform an initial cleanup without fuss. The return service for once per week has been done successfully so far and the lawn looks great. I can certainly recommend this service. Having three dogs in a fenced backyard can get messy and Poop911 has given me my backyard back. Easy to setup over the internet, direct billing and email receipts make this service a must have for dog owners.

They are absolutely great!! I had to increase to every other week because my pup is home more often now and I thought financially it’d be a lot more, but it’s not!! It’s basically what I was paying per month anyway just split in half!! I love this company, and our person that comes out is so great!! My dog loves her!! I normally don’t write reviews, but I depend on them!! So if you’re considering this company absolutely go for it, it’s affordable, easy to use and pay, if you need to contact them they’re response time is quick, and they’re employees are fantastic!! That’s everything I look for in companies and they’ve surpassed every expectation!!!

I gave 4 stars only because of the hassle I had trying to initially get a hold of someone via phone. Emailing is the best form of communication with this company. Don’t bother trying to call. Other than that and not having an appointment time/window, the actual service was good. The guy that came did a great job and saved me a lot of time. I definitely appreciate having this type of business as a service option. Last but not least, the price is great!
