When the yard is getting regular use, the mess can pile up faster than most pet parents expect, especially after wet stretches or a busy week of coming and going. That is where our Alden branch steps in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we help keep your outdoor space ready for real life instead of turning it into one more weekend project. In a town like Alden, where the Town of Alden Recreation Department supports year round outdoor and school-based activities, it makes sense that families want a yard they can actually use without doing a scan first.

Absolutely nothing !! After many occasions over 3 months notifying John that I only have 1 dog . He has continued to change my billing to 2 dogs randomly as hard as it is to recover from the loss of a loved family member. He sent me a text message that was unprofessional and disrespectful to me when I asked him to discontinue my services after this last over charge. Being treated this way is no way to run a business. I should not be made to feel bad for things that happened on a rare occasion when he continued to over charge me at will. Saying he couldn’t control the billing system. Especially when he had issues of his own that kept him from visiting the regular days for example saying it was going to snow when not a flake fell. Aldo complaining my grass was too long on occasions, reality is it was not cut because he didn’t show up the prior week when it is cut weekly by a service as well . Telling me that he had the right to charge me extra but never did. If this is what people get a nasty message longer than this when we leave your service I assure you I have no reason to ever recommend the service.
