Im trying to be as fair as possible. I cancelled my service after the last visitbdue to our yard not being clean. We have used them for more than 2 years and the previous technician was amazing! Once it changed to a new technician, it started going downhill, I called and asked them to come rescoopnamd they did, but then the following visit it still wasn't being done. They have always been polite and helpful on the phone and I hated leaving them, but I felt I could do a better job myself.

I think the gist of this company is good, definitely a good help but what i don’t like is i see no way of knowing that they show up outside to pick up poop unless i scale my cameras, so it would be nice if they move toys out yard when looking for poop something to let me know someone was there but outside of that it’s a good company

These people are the best!! My dogs love them, they have gotten out by mistake when they were here, my dogs are great dogs and they know the difference in good and bad folks and my dogs love them. They are thorough with their hunt for the poops and they earn their fee according to my dogs and me. It’s great to be able to walk around in your yard and not step into any smelly poop!! I feel like we got our yard back. With two standard poodles, walking through our yard took concentration to avoid stepping in something. Yes, I could do it myself, but we don't get home from work and school activities until after dark, and I'd rather have supper around the table than have someone out cleaning the yard.
