Super easy to work with, reliable and the service is always great.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting more use, the mess shows up fast, especially around the spots where dogs cut across the grass again and again. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, keeps Pet Waste Cleanup simple for Augusta households that want a cleaner yard without adding another weekend chore.
Augusta has a real outdoor rhythm. On trail days near the Augusta Trailhead and around the Katy Trail corridor, people are already thinking about fresh air, walkers, bikes, and time outside. At home, that usually means the back fence, the side yard, and the play space need regular attention too. Recurring cleanup helps keep those high-traffic areas usable, so you are not stepping around surprises when the family heads out after errands, practice, or a long day away from home.
For families using the backyard daily, the advantage is pretty simple. Waste does not wait for a convenient time, and it tends to build up fastest where dogs and people spend the most time. A recurring schedule helps stay ahead of that buildup before it turns into odor, flies, or the kind of little step-in accidents that make everyone less eager to go barefoot outside. In warm weather, that matters even more, because a yard that sat clean yesterday can feel a lot less fresh after a few hot afternoons.
We focus on the parts of the yard that matter most in real life, the areas where your dog actually plays, the path to the gate, the side yard, the patio edge, and the stretch of grass the kids run across on the way to the door. That practical approach is what makes service feel convenient instead of disruptive. You do not need to set aside time, remember the last cleanup, or squeeze one more task into an already full week. We handle the routine so your outdoor space stays ready for family time, and you can enjoy the yard footloose and worry-free.
If you are comparing options for Augusta, Missouri Pet Waste Cleanup, recurring service is often the better fit because it matches how local yards are actually used. Some weeks are full of travel, trail visits, school routines, and quick drives in and out of town. Some weeks bring warmer weather, faster grass growth, or just enough moisture to make waste harder to spot until it has already become a problem. Regular visits take that pressure off you. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the schedule moving so your lawn, patio, and play areas stay cleaner without extra effort on your part. If you want a straightforward local team that treats your yard with care, give POOP 911 a call and let us set up recurring service that fits your household.

A month ago I booked online and was told I would receive a call to schedule for weekly service. They took my card info and charged me and I have received 0 calls, text, and emails. I have called to cancel 7 times now with no help. They say all they can do is forward the message, they don’t do anything. they can’t cancel or book anything no sure what there job even is other to answer the phone and say I can’t do anything. There is no corporate number I asked what the point of their job even is and it’s to forward messages to someone who will never contact you. What a joke of a business. And sorry excuse of a franchise. I have never talked to so many useless “employees” in my life.
