We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets heavy use, the cleanup can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. In Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, that often means the spots dogs return to again and again, especially after wet weather, busy weekends, or a stretch of fast growth. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, with service built around real yard life, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
For families trying to keep the backyard ready for kids, guests, and dogs at the same time, recurring service makes a simple difference. It keeps the grass more usable, cuts down on step-in surprises, and helps the yard feel ready when someone wants to head outside without doing a quick scan first. In Lower Merion Township, places like Bala Cynwyd Park and the Cynwyd Heritage Trail show how much outdoor use this area gets, and that same steady use is why a routine cleanup plan can matter so much at home. The Bala Cynwyd Library and the Bala Cynwyd retail area also reflect the everyday rhythm here, where errands, school runs, and family schedules leave less time for one more outdoor chore.
If you are a parent managing kids and dogs after school, or a homeowner getting ready for guests, the goal is usually the same, a cleaner yard that is easier to enjoy. Our recurring visits help keep the most-used parts of the property in better shape, including paths near the back door, play areas, fence lines, and the spots dogs tend to revisit after every lap around the yard. That matters even more in a place like Bala Cynwyd, where local routines often move between home, school, the trail, and nearby roads like City Avenue and Montgomery Avenue. When days are already full, having the cleanup handled on a steady schedule gives you one less thing to remember.
We also know that weather can make the job feel bigger than it should. A damp spell can leave the lawn softer and messier, while warm days can make odor more noticeable if waste sits too long. That is why many pet parents in this area choose recurring service instead of waiting until the yard feels overdue. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that, we keep the schedule consistent so the job stays manageable. It is a practical way to stay ahead of buildup and keep more of the backyard footloose and worry-free for family time, playtime, and a quick breath of fresh air after a long day.
Our team keeps the service easy. You set the recurring schedule, we handle the rest, and your yard stays on a cleaner, more reliable rhythm. That convenience matters for homes with one favorite dog area or multiple dogs using the same patch of grass, because waste tends to concentrate in the spots everyone uses most. It also helps when you are heading out for errands, coming home from work, or trying to get the yard ready before the next round of visitors. We focus on helping local pet parents spend quality time with family and friends outside, without that constant “did we already clean the yard?” feeling hanging over the afternoon.
If you want a local pooper scooper service that feels practical, dependable, and easy to live with, we are ready to help. We serve Bala Cynwyd pet families with recurring cleanup that keeps the yard cleaner, reduces odor, and supports everyday backyard use. Reach out today to get your first cleanup free with recurring service, and let us help keep your outdoor space ready for the people and pets who use it most.

It took a little work to get them out and to get the charge card to work on the system. The corporate office needs to work on that and their appointments but the gentleman came out was wonderful took care of everything . Cleaned it all up and put it in the trash cans

We decided to give this business a try. It’s a family own franchise and Erik is the owner with his wife. Erik has been very responsive and quick to answer any questions. There was some miscommunication about where in my yard needed to be clean. Erik had someone out the very next day. This is a great priced service for busy families! We will probably go to twice a wk in the summer.

No call, No show. Tried to call and leave a voicemail however mailbox is full. I figured I would wait a few days. I had to go out and clean it myself today. Then today I received a request to complete a survey for the service that was never completed. Tried to call again and the voicemail was full.

My experience with this company has been hit or miss. The person who services our property does a spotty job at best. Often after he leaves I still need to go out and pick up my dog’s waste, and not just one pile.

Unfortunately I contracted Covid, a pretty bad case. Not sure if people are aware but dogs aren't getting Covid but they can be a carrier by their hair and dander so I couldn't even get a dog Walker to help me out for their own safety. I didn't even know this company existed but was referred by someone else. The gentleman came out cleaned my entire backyard so my dogs would be more comfortable. This also took a ton of stress off me because I wasn't sure how I was going to clean it. I could not have contact with this gentleman due to the virus but I did see him all my cameras and he was extremely professional and quick. This virus is taken a long time to leave my body but I will definitely continue the service once I am better. Highly recommended service!!!

It’s a whole new (poop-free) world! It’s used to be land-mine city in my back yard with two big dogs. But no more! Poop 911 came to the rescue and now I’m able to walk through my yard worry-free! It is so worth it!

Super convenient. They were reworking their timekeeping system while we were using them so things weren’t as organized as I expect from a company like this. I recommend you give it a try, especially if you have a busy schedule and/just really, really hate picking up dog poop.
