my roommate has been using this service for years with no problem but up until the past 2 years we have had problems. when we first addressed, they switched the guy that comes since the original guy wasn’t doing anything. more so recently whoever comes every week has still missed 7 piles of poop. i keep telling my roommate and she doesn’t care (it’s her dog). i work overnight so i’m awake when they come and usually i see them sit in their car for 20 minutes before doing anything
