We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Weekend yard time goes a lot smoother when the grass is already clean, and that is exactly why our Berkeley Heights, New Jersey branch focuses on recurring dog waste cleanup for real pet households. We’re locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the difference between a yard that looks fine from the back door and one that is actually ready for kids, guests, and dogs to use without second guessing every step.
In a place with mixed weather and inconsistent cleanup timing, waste can build up faster than people expect. A wet stretch can make it harder to keep up, and warm days can bring odor to the surface before you even realize it. Add in daily dog traffic across the same favorite bathroom spot, the side yard, the fence line, or the patio edge, and the job gets old fast. Recurring service helps keep those high-use areas cleaner without turning your Saturday into a chore day.
For families getting ready for guests, or for a homeowner trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup, regular visits make a noticeable difference. We handle the cleanup on a schedule that fits your routine, so you are not racing to do the yard before someone arrives or avoiding the back yard because it needs attention again. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to start fresh and keep moving forward from there.
That is the practical value of POOP 911 in the Berkeley Heights area. We help pet parents spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, with less odor, fewer step-in surprises, and more usable space for play time. If you want a cleaner yard without adding one more task to the week, our team is ready to help with dependable, convenient service. Reach out today to set up recurring Dog Poop Service for your Berkeley Heights, New Jersey home.

I think this company is fraud. No one answers any messages. No marked cars, people showed up looking homeless. They don’t do ANYTHING that they say they do on the front page. Can anyone confirm this?? Morris county office is def scam and fraud!!!

I used this service for roughly 2 months. The beginning they booked me an appt and then sent an email saying they were closed and didn’t come until the following Friday. There was another weekend they closed because it was too cold. There is no way to skip a service on your account and no way to cancel anything. Poor communication.

Poop 911 came as scheduled, worked quickly, and did a great job clearing the yard after an entire winter of us not cleaning up our dogs feces. Perfect for prep before an outdoor party. Would definitely schedule them again!

Horrible company! I was quoted a weekly fee and was told first dog waste removal was free. Company showed up a day late for appointment and then charged me for the first service after quoting a free first service and the worst part is they also told me the weekly services would be double the quoted charges! When I told Bella the owner I could not afford to pay double the quoted price weekly and asked why price doubled when my dog breeds and yard needs were openly discussed when quote was given, she then said I would be charged a cancellation fee of almost $75!! How can they charge a cancellation fee when they want to charge double the quoted weekly charge and are not willing to negotiate fee. Bella the owner was very rude as well during our emails back and forth. I called customer support for help since I did not want to deal with her and no one has gotten back to me. Very unhappy customer! Beware of this company they have very bad customer service and are very unprofessional!! I would not recommend Poop911
