I have two dogs, and in the summer my kids hate picking up after the dogs. I was looking online to see if there were companies and how much it would be. Way cheaper than I thought it would be, and I was amazed when the guy left. I wasn’t expecting him to get everything… but wow. I have been talking about it all day. I can not recommend this company enough. They are there for you n your pets. I had card problems and they worked with me to solve the problem. My yard was always clean because of their services, and if I didn't think they got everything, they immediately sent someone to fix it. When both of my pets crossed the rainbow bridge, not only did I get a card with their condolences, my last service was free because they told me that I had enough to deal with. I will for sure use them again if I ever get another dog. Their prices are so reasonable, and their personnel are amazing.

I'm incredibly impressed. The young man who came out was very polite, helpful, and FAST. I have two dogs that go outside and had fallen behind on cleaning their waste. He got my entire yard(decent sized) cleaned up in a little under two hours. I HIGHLY recommend.

Great experience so far. We went out of the country for two weeks and needed their service. I asked them to call which they did and assured me they would be there and accommodated to my request. Due to the fact that I would be sleeping when they would come. Definitely will continue service once a month to keep the smell away. Good price as well

We love Rick at Poop 911 - He is quick, efficient, and also very friendly. Unfortunately our dogs don't like this poopthief very much, but they're not great judges of character. We've been using them for over a year, and in all the time, there has been only one issue, and that issue was resolved by management the same day, super efficently. One time we also had not brought our trash cans back up to the house after garbage day - Rick decided this was unacceptable, and brought the cans up before the work he did. A+ Service, A+ People, Recommend every person in Vegas uses them.... assuming you have dogs. It'd be weird if you didn't.

I don't know what auto service they use for contacting customers, but they need to fix it. It makes them seem desperate for business to the point of needing to harass potential customers. In less than 24 hours I received two texts and a phone call from them. Yesterday I used their online portal to see about booking a service with them (you have to start the booking process in order to see the actual prices to do your house). Step 1 requires you to put in your contact information before you can move to Step 2 to see prices. Not even a few minutes after completing Step 1, I'm getting a call from them asking if I was going to complete my order! I told the girl I hadn't even gotten the chance to do anything yet besides put in my contact info. After looking over their prices I decided against booking them as they were quoting me $41/visit for biweekly scheduling for 3 dogs which would be $82/month. Definitely on the expensive end when other companies were quoting me $50-$60/month for the same service. Pretty soon after that I get a text message from them stating I have a pending order and requesting I complete it. I ignored the text since I wasn't booking. Got another text this morning requesting me to finish my order or cancel my service. Considering I didn't sign up for a service, it's pretty annoying that I have to go over and cancel something I never booked hoping they leave me alone.

This company is a sham! They are sneaky to get you in the door and once you sign up for service, you can't cancel because they never answer the phone or return your phone calls. The technicians do a terrible job and and the "odor spraying" service that you pay EXTRA for is a joke--they just splash some chemicals around your yard and charge you for it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

The classic story of my kids promising to pick up if they could have dogs turned into me looking for dog waste disposal services in the North Las Vegas area. I ordered the services late on a Saturday through their online system and was pleased that I didn't need to call to confirm anything or get a quote. Monday morning rolled around and the technician arrived, quickly disposed of the embarrassing amount of waste in a non-invasive manner. He easily followed the note I taped to the lid of our trash can to please make sure it was in front of the gate so our German shepherds couldn't push it open until I was able to lock it again and our yard was perfect once more! Only thing that I would change is for there to be an option to tip our technician.
