DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Cliff used to come clean our yard back in 2023 and we cancelled because he was never consistent enough to keep up on the poop. We cancelled the service since he wouldn't get all the poop. He then submitted and took me to collections in 09/2025. Like really for $77.85? Email me for payment. WORST!!! Do not use this service. There are plenty of other poop scoopers.

They would always miss spots, it’s fine, I can get them. No biggie. Well I moved, and wanted to switch service to the new address so I call text and email to cancel. They sent out the scooper anyway and tried charging me $12 even though we hadn’t lived there in weeks. Nothing to clean up. I email, call, text to cancel. Still no answer. The next week I get another notification they’re coming out. I didn’t pay them last time so I thought they’d get the hint. Hit with another $12. There’s no one living there. After that someone finally contacted me to cancel my account. I was upset and just cancelled and didn’t switch service. Then got sent a collections letter for $25. Awful. I paid them of course, it’s $25. But the principal of it made me mad and will never recommend their service.

While I do enjoy my service, I have tried calling the companies MULTIPLE times to change my service day and how often they come. I can’t ever get through to anyone, and I am unable to make these changes in my dashboard. PLEASE call me!

First service went well. Second time - woman came out, walked around my yard for 10 minutes and then left. I checked and there was still a lot of poop. She did nothing. She didn’t even have a trash bag to throw away. I have since called them no less than 10 times but there is no answer or return calls. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Look elsewhere! Follow up- when signing up, I was told multiple times there was no commitment. The first poop scoop was free and then I could decide if I wanted to continue. This was not true! When I finally did get a hold of them after the above incident, I was told I was in a commitment for 4 sessions of poop removal or I would be charged a cancelation fee. (Equivalent to 4 paid sessions) Thus, you are paying for 4 sessions per the contract regardless of using the service or not. Thus, the free session is actually going to cost you a lot of money if you want to cancel. Low values here and deception. Look elsewhere. Nothing special here as these companies are a dime a dozen.

Our technician was wonderful, however it is impossible to cancel your account. I have left messages, texted, and emailed indicating I want to cancel my account (there is nowhere to do so on the online customer portal) and yet for two weeks now, they keep sending out a technician and charging my account.

They do a wonderful job… when they show up. I had our initial cleaning done a month ago, and signed up for weekly visits. We went 3 weeks without a visit, without any type of communication and they randomly showed up yesterday. Better communication and time management would solve this!

I have been a customer for years. I have not seen anyone in a month. When I call the phone line, it says there are no providers in my area and I will be connected to the main office. I called last week, spoke to a rep who said someone would contact me. I have had no contact. I called again today and at the main office line was hold music for 10 minutes before I hung up. If someone from the company reads this, please contact me ASAP. You should have my info in your database. I have liked this service in the past, but I'm not pleased about this development.

Loved this service the first few weeks and then our technician cliff just slowly stopped coming with no communication. I would always have to reach out to him and he would always have an excuse and then he finally just stopped responding to me altogether even when I asked how to cancel my subscription. Sent the company a message and they didn't respond either. Would advise staying away from this company. Not reliable.

It's been more than a month since attempting to request this service in the first place. It's been repeatedly rescheduled week after week with no notice to me. Thankfully no one has attempted to charge me, but Cliff Sweat still hasn't showed up or talked to me personally outside of replying to my 1 star initial review. **EDIT: Since posting the review, I saw on my account that the service has been rescheduled another week out without any notice to me. I left a voicemail yesterday asking for my service to be cancelled and, so far, that has not happened.** I signed up online for a service for the Ogden location a couple of weeks ago. No one showed up or bothered to contact me at any time between my 6a-12p time window, and no one answered when I called the service line. The service was rescheduled for the following day without notice or approval from me, only showing the new date in my account. No one showed up for their rescheduled appointment, either. Another call, no answer. Left a message that hasn't been returned. The service was rescheduled again for today, without anyone contacting me in any way, shape or form. But, again, no one has shown up and no one will answer the phone. There has been 0 communication from the service. It is extremely unprofessional for someone to keep neglecting and then rescheduling a service with no contact. I can't even cancel my service because there isn't an email contact and no one answers the phones. I won't be recommending the service at all.

UPDATE same day: I was contaced by Cliff. There was a technical error that created two accounts and he did not see the second with the appointment and credit card. He has taken care of the issue and I very much appreciate his apology and willingness to make things right. Thanks, Cliff! I made an appointment half a week to start regular cleaning services for my yard. I never received anything but a basic confirmation without a time they would be arriving. On the day, I still had not received any information. So I called multiple times through the day, once at around 9 AM, once at around 12 PM, and once at around 6 PM. I also sent a text message to the local cell number advertised on their Google listing. I never got a single response. It is now 8:30 PM and I assume no one is coming, or planning on giving me a head's up. I will be cancelling any future cleanings I was planning and going with a competitor. I am aware things come up. Appointments have to be rescheduled, or people are late. I can handle that. What I don't appreciate is being left with no word all day.

I was super excited when I found this company and saw that they do a free first time clean up. I guess I get what I pay for because they never showed up. It's now almost 3 weeks after I first signed up, and even after I called and left a message I still have yet to hear from anyone. I haven't seen any charges on my account, so I wouldn't say it's a scam, but it's so incredibly disappointing that a company that says they offer a 100% guarantee in their work can't even guarantee they'll actually show up. I also work in the service industry, and I can't believe that a company this bad can even survive at all. EDIT: the response that the owner left below that he tried making contact is a FULL OUT LIE. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED IN ANY WAY. They had my email and phone number, and I never received ANY communication.

When they show up, the service is great. That being said, I found that there are two charges on my account for services I don't think I got and I can't get ahold of anyone to figure out what happened there. I'm also moving and have been trying to get ahold of someone to cancel service (their online portal doesn't have a cancel option) and can't get anyone to call me back.
