I had an appointment for 5/22. They never showed up. I called 5/22 and left a message and I called again on 5/23 and 5/24. I just get a voicemail and so I left messages. This was supposed to be my first clean-up that is free and now my account shows they are coming on 5/29 to do it again and charge me. The bad thing is they have my credit card number and there is no way to cancel it. I have tried everything to get rid of this scam! Don't do it!!!! It has been one if the most frustrating experiences I have had in awhile.

After a bumpy start, I am pleased to report that Cliff did a terrific job on our yard. We have multiple dogs and it's an ugly time of year. Cliff made sure to get waste and guaranteed that once the yard dries out he will be able to get any remaining. I paid for this service for Feb. 4th we got tons of snow the day before so I figured it would have to be rescheduled. I never heard from them as to when they would be out. I tried calling only to get a full voicemail and when I used the "contact us" link it said unavailable. I feel I've been had.

I signed up for this service based on the recommendation of a friend. I’ve been nothing but disappointed! I signed up for an initial cleaning based on the suggested available date on their site. Got a confirmation email and everything. They never showed, no call, no text, no reschedule, no explanation...... nothing. I then tried to call them to find out why they didn’t show up and see if I could get someone to come out and they haven’t even bothered to return my call! There also doesn’t seem to be any sort of email link to try other methods of contact. I would like to do a review of the actual service but I can’t seem to get any actual service. 🙁

I have been with them for 2 years and unfortunately I will be canceling. They changed the clean up day without telling me and were unable to do clean up on the day I needed. I also have been trying to reach them for probably 4 months to see if I could do an additional clean up and have not been able to get them to call me back, text me back, or even have one of their employees get management to call me back. They’ve been great at the clean up but because of these issues I’m looking elsewhere for services.

So my initial visit was a rainstorm so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was harder to pick up in the rain my second visit I did a walk-through of my yard and there were about three piles of poop and all three were still there when I came home and their note that they completed the job was on my sliding glass door. I have left numerous messages trying to give them the opportunity to fix this and I haven't received a call back a text message nothing acknowledging that I paid for nothing so maybe with this review maybe I'll get contacted now and if they would like to have good customer service and fix this problem I will fix my review
