Where to even begin, they would often miss spots in the yard and I discovered they had been overcharging me for years. Now obviously I should have been checking my receipts from them but when I moved, I mentioned I had a grass yard instead of bark and turns out, they continued to charge me for bark. When I called them to discuss next steps they said that they would not refund me anything at all and only offered the next service for free. I was even laughed at by the man on the phone despite being a loyal customer for almost five years. I promptly canceled my services. They would literally spend two minutes cleaning up the dog poop. Just do it yourself and save yourself the headache, this company is such a scam.

Wanted to leave a review to praise the owner for handling and listening to a very frustrated customer. Let me start by saying the service was fantastic. The frustration came with miscommunication of what I wanted in my subscription and what I was told by a call center. (Not the actual owner). He assured me he would look into the situation and provide feedback. I can be a bit of a loud talker (HaHa) but it was handled with professionalism and at the end he made everything right. I would definitely recommend this franchise

My wife and I never give bad reviews and we feel bad having to write this review today. We've been been with POOP911 for over a year and always loved their service. We have 2 dogs, 85 lb lab/bulldog mix and a 30 lb beagle. Along with what others have stated in the reviews, DORA was awesome!! She always came to our home happy and with treats---our boys loved her. About 2 months ago---a guy started coming out (not sure his name), he did a terrible job in our yard and was leaving poop behind--cause smells. Talked to Scott the owner and told him our concerns. He promply offered a couple weeks free and put us on the full service spray for our turf. He also assigned Dora back to our home----we were happy. Now today, a new guy came into our yard (never seen him before). He wasn't in our yard for more than 3 minutes. Missed poop in 2 areas and didn't even go to those areas. We had video on ring for his service and we also took pictures. I messaged Scott to tell him our concerns again and cancel our service (sent him pics and video also). His response was, I totally understand. I didn't charge you for today and I cancelled your service. Not an apology or any type of explanation. Anyways, we had recommended this service to multiple people (a couple started and cancelled services already). We are now canclled and would not recommend to anyone. Scott---if you are going to run a business, especially with your employees coming into people back yards, they need to be friendly and professional. You need to hire more people like Dora----all the others are terrible. Just some honest feedback. It was great while it lasted.

Dora is the bright star in this company. Before her we had Kyle who was professional and friendly after him Dora came with treats for the dogs and very cheerful personality. We love Dora. Now we have Emily and she's through ( no treats 😔 ) but the boys seem to like her. Maybe if Scott got more people we could get an extra day of pickup. Until then 7 dogs compete for grass space. I'd very much recommend Poop 911. Great job. Update: 2/14/26 Dora is still great. In the past two months they have trained two new people; my hope with the new staff, they would accommodate our request for a third day. Meanwhile, Poop911 is very good at their job.

We love this service! The staff is friendly and when they see my dogs, they always treat them with love. On the day of the appointment, we receive a text and email to notify us that they are on their way. Highly recommend If you are a busy person with multiple dogs. I also think this is a perfect service for someone who may be disabled or elderly.
