Good service, great technicians, good price. You'll love having a poop free yard (and so will your meighbors). Techs inform me if their arrival and departure for my convenience. Love this service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, dog waste has a way of showing up right when you least want it, after the kids have been out, before guests come over, or right when you are trying to enjoy a quiet evening outside. That is why our Buchanan, New York branch focuses on simple, reliable cleanup that keeps the grass, patio edges, and favorite bathroom spots easier to use. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a small mess turns into a weekly chore that nobody wants to start from scratch. In a place like Buchanan, New York, where pet parents are balancing errands, family routines, and yard time, recurring service makes a lot of practical sense.
We handle the part of yard care that is easy to put off and hard to ignore. If your dog tends to use the same side yard, fence line, or back corner every day, that buildup can happen fast, especially when the weather keeps changing and the lawn stays damp or gets heavy use. Our recurring visits help keep those high-traffic spots cleaner so you can spend less time scanning the yard and more time using it. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives you a fresh start without adding another weekend task to your list.
Many pet parents in the Buchanan area are not looking for anything complicated, they just want a backyard that is ready when the family is ready. Maybe the dog has a favorite spot near the gate, maybe the kids head straight for the play area after school, or maybe you are trying to keep the patio more comfortable for friends and relatives who stop by. Regular dog poop pick up services help reduce odor, cut down on step-in surprises, and keep the yard more pleasant between mowings, storms, and stretches of warm weather. That kind of routine cleanup is especially helpful when grass grows fast or when muddy paws track through the same routes over and over.
Recurring service also fits real life better than one-time cleanup for a lot of homes. If you are busy after work, heading out for errands, or trying to clear the weekend for family time, it is easier to know the yard will be checked and refreshed on a schedule. We work around the practical parts of pet ownership, like gates, side entrances, dog runs, patio access, and the places dogs naturally return to again and again. That steady attention helps keep the backyard usable for play, cookouts, and the kind of footloose and worry-free time pet parents actually want.
For homes in and around Buchanan, the value is pretty straightforward, less mess sitting in the yard, less odor hanging around, and less pressure to deal with buildup all at once. If your household has one dog or several, recurring cleanup can make the yard feel manageable instead of never quite finished. Reach out to POOP 911 to set up service in Buchanan, New York, and let us take care of the dirty work on a routine that works for your home. The first cleanup is free with recurring service, and we make it easy to keep your yard cleaner, more usable, and ready for family time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The website offers a bait and switch promotion, offering a free first week if you sign up for weekly service. Their website boasts “ There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee”. However if you try to cancel your weekly service, they tell you that THERE IS A THREE MONTH COMMITMENT and if you cancel before three months, they “adjust the cost” to their one time service rate, to the tune of nearly $200 for a single visit. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

I have had the Poop 911 service for over two years. The cleaner comes weekly and takes care in walking a fairly large fenced yard and cleans it efficiently. I haven't had a problem with their work. This is one less thing I need to worry bout in my busy schedule.

We got over charged by over 400 and got half of it reimbursed. We were getting the run around from the company and the local scooper (?) 2 years later we now are getting pestered that we owe money (EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THEY OWED US!) and are threatening to send to collections. Bad bad bad. This business stinks (pun intended)

Poop 911 was a great investment for us because we have three dogs. At the beginning we had a little problem we were getting charged and the person wasn’t showing up. Let’s say they were fired. Invest in the Ring that is how we discovered it. Months have gone by everything is great being charged three times a week like clockwork until I want to stop service for the winter and resume in the spring. Out of nowhere I see a charge for $500 from the company saying these are back charges from visits. An argument began because my accounts showed they were paid on a regular basis. So now my bank is handling this faulty charge. It’s too bad to we really liked working with them. Postponing for a couple months and they charge me unacceptable it doesn’t say anywhere that I would be charged. No we are going to be looking for a new company in the spring.
