We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in Castle Shannon can go from calm to messy fast, especially when dogs are in and out around park days, after-school play, and the usual coming and going on streets like Castle Shannon Boulevard and McRoberts Road. That is where a local Pooper Scooper Service helps, and the Castle Shannon branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families. We keep the cleanup part simple so your yard stays ready for the stuff you actually want to do in it.
Castle Shannon Borough maintains several parks and recreation spaces, including Hamilton Park, Riehl Park, and O'Brien Field, and that kind of active family routine usually means dogs are not the only ones putting the yard to work. When the schedule is full, waste gets missed more easily, especially after wet weather or a stretch of fast grass growth. A recurring service helps keep the yard usable without turning every Saturday into a pickup session. It also means fewer step-in surprises when kids run out to play or when friends show up and everyone wants to head outside right away.
For many pet parents here, the real value is not just a cleaner lawn. It is a yard that feels ready on a regular basis. Castle Shannon also deals with stormwater runoff like any other borough with changing weather, so a wet spell can leave grass softer, mess more noticeable, and cleanup more annoying than it looks from the back door. Recurring visits help stay ahead of that cycle. We handle the routine so you do not have to keep resetting the same chore after every rain, every thaw, or every busy week.
If your house is the one where dogs head into the yard several times a day, recurring cleanup is the easy way to protect the parts of the property your family uses most. That can mean the patio, the play area, the fence line, or the main stretch of grass where everyone naturally gathers. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives you a clean starting point before the regular schedule begins. After that, we keep it moving on a dependable cadence so the yard stays more pleasant for people and pets alike.
That kind of routine is especially helpful for families trying to keep outdoor time simple. You can focus on cookouts, a quick break after errands, or just letting the dog out without doing a visual sweep first. POOP 911 helps pet parents spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you want a cleaner yard, less weekend chore pressure, and a service that fits real life in Castle Shannon, reach out today and set up recurring service with our friendly local team.

They come, clean hp, put the bags where they're supposed to and leave: you honestly don't even notice they're there - but like MAGIC and all the poop is picked up and gone! ♥️

I can't stand outside, with my back and pick up poop anymore. This service is great!

I really wanted to love this service since i saw so many positive reviews, but it was just average. I ordered the initial first time clean up, (longer than 3 months) and hoped I would go out to a clean yard. The next morning i picked up about 1/2 poop bag. I also asked for the clean up to be left behind so I could see how much was picked up. Nothing was left. They couldn't have been there longer than 5-10 minutes and when I noticed him leaving i tried to catch him, but he didn't stop. Hoping my next experience is more positive.

Usually they get all of the poop, but this time, there was so much missed I had to do it myself. 😢 Very disappointed this week.

**Update, inconsistent with service. More than one occasion a technician "serviced" our yard but left piles all over the yard and yet I was charged for service. My first regular service, the tech was a no-show but I was charged for service I didnt receive. They gave me the following week at no charge. Then about a month ago I reached out because of poor service, they apologized and corrected the problem. 2 weeks later, poor service again. Emailed them to cancel service, got no response. I emailed them again a week later asking for confirmation of cancellation email and still have not heard back from them. They started out strong for our initial clean up but after that, I was not impressed. We had our initial clean this past week. Our poor yard had not been cleaned in months because of the weather (I know, gross). They came as scheduled, and cleaned everywhere! They even got all the waste under our gigantic trampoline. We are thrilled. Very nicely done.

This is seriously the best money I spend. The dogs are enjoying the yard and so are we, and we're don't have to worry about anything. No more aggravating my back and hips, no more begging the kids, no more worrying about mowing the lawn. This is my favour thing ever!! Walter does a fantastic job!! Thank you, Walter!!

You did an excellent job on the parts of yard you did, but I think there was some confusion about where you needed to pick up. We have three hillsides. One straight in back that the dogs use up on flat part. None of that got picked up. The other 2 hillsides are in the front which the electric fence doesn’t go to and also on the left side where the pagoda is at. These are the 2 Hills the dogs don’t use. I’m sure when you come next week and look you will realize what I’m talking about. Thank you!!

Had issues with my house being located after going thru in great detail a description along with the address. When I checked at the end of the day after the job was done I see that we still have to be cautious walking in the yard. For the price I was expecting better, will just add this job to our spring yard cleanup. Much happier, they came back today to take a second look and the job looks 100% better. Thank you for wanting to make things right, it makes a big difference in today's world.

Amazing. They always come and do a great job with clean up. We have had one instance of bad weather where they let us know they couldn’t make it and came the very next day. You get a receipt for each week of clean up immediately after they billed you. Plus they just charge your card. Super easy. I would recommend them!

The owner Alana is so sweet, and extremely helpful. The Scoopers do an amazing job, they are very fast, and you never know they were there other than the fact that there is 0 poop left. Very happy I found them
