The online set up and scheduling were pretty easy. If a old caveman like me can do it, so can anybody else. The technician was very cordial. He took care of business and then headed out to his other scheduled appointments.

Their service was good for several months. However, about a month and a half ago, they just quit coming. I emailed the office and they apologized and said they would send someone out that day. I still haven't seen anyone and I've tried calling and emailing and get zero response. It would be nice if they would have at least responded to let me know I needed to find someone else.

Started out great, and yard was cleaned regularly. My dogs are no longer on the property, and have tried to cancel service multiple times over the past 4 weeks. Left several messages and nobody returns calls. Charged once since then, and again today was notified that they had arrived at my home. I texted the person that I have been attempting to cancel the account for weeks, and that the dogs are not there, and no response. I will have to block their transactions at my bank, and maybe someone will finally contact me about the service. Update; Despite me telling the guy by phone that my account should be cancelled and that I no longer want the service, I was again billed for service that they did not do. Still no response from POOP 911

Went onto their website, which was easy to use and scheduled a new weekly service for them to start coming out to clean up my two dogs waste. The website experience was good, confirmed the service and day, then the person came out on the day as described. He was very nice, professional and cleaned up perfectly. This was an all around great experience, which is saving me time and is priced well too.

I'm not sure if he finds the cleaning tech scarey or if he's just pissed that he steals the poops he works so hard all week to create 🤷🏼♂️

I used Poop911 in another metro and was pleased. Everyone was friendly and easy to get a hold of. When I started the process of moving to Austin, I assumed I would get a similar experience, but that could not have been farther from the truth. I called their 'corporate' number at least 5 times and gave my phone number, thoroughly explained my issues (had multiple account #s and needed to get the extras removed) and was told each time that I would receive a call back. It wasn't until that 5th call that I finally received a voicemail on Tues 4/12 with a muffled/garbled/distorted voice that I could barely make out what was being said (even the voice to text feature in voicemail had no clue). After listening a few times, I realized it was Rocco, but the voicemail left no action for me to take - He stated to text him if I wanted to setup my account. At that point, I was so deeply frustrated with the experience that I was not interested in starting another round of phone/text tag. I cut my losses and started the search for a better experience. Cue to today 4/14, I received another voicemail from Rocco. Imagine my surprise when I heard that someone was out to service my yard. Every time I called the 'new sales' group and explained my issue, it was all related to being able to access my account or have the ability to schedule service, as the portal wouldn't show me certain pieces. At no time did I ever ask for anyone to service my yard, especially because I don't yet live in the state. Not only were my original concerns completely ignored, but Rocco created new concerns. While I may not know exactly how to run a business, I can safely say this one operates poorly. If they're working well for you, kudos. You've defied the odds. But if you're looking for a yard cleaning service, save yourself the hassle and do as another reviewer said, choose another company. I did and the ONE interaction I've had with them has been a vast improvement over the last few weeks dealing with this business.

Once you sign up it is impossible to reach a live body to adjust, change, or cancel your service. The phone number always goes to voicemail. Their clerical/administrative side is a joke. I moved houses, advised them to change my address several times, and now I am being charged for poop collection at two properties despite repeated requests for cancellation. The first few times they come around their scoopers are thorough, but the quality of work quickly degrades into a service not worth paying for at all. Now I'm being charged 40 a week for terrible service, at a place I no longer live, and no one will contact me back so I can cancel my service. I am reporting these guys to the Bureau of Consumer protection. Horrendous.

I do not know how my review ended up being 5 stars with no comment. Weird! My review was actually 1 star and a long description about how I tried to cancel, and someone came anyways. That man was here about 5 minutes and I found about 11 piles of poop that he didn't pick up. I spoke to Rocco and he said he was going to get me a refund. That refund took about 2 months to get - I had to contact the Poop 911 in Arizona twice to get through to someone. Rocco sent a text saying it would be resolved. It still wasn't. I left numerous voicemails. And a yelp review. Whoever this woman is who responds on Yelp saying that they care about customers and getting them refunds was a liar. It took MONTHS. I recommend calling Arizona's location if you want to talk to someone. Not Rocco. In fact, I recommend finding a different company altogether.
