Good service, great technicians, good price. You'll love having a poop free yard (and so will your meighbors). Techs inform me if their arrival and departure for my convenience. Love this service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts collecting more than you planned for after a wet stretch, a busy week, or a few rounds of backyard play, cleanup becomes one more chore on an already full list. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, keeps the focus on making outdoor space easier to use again without the hassle. For pet parents in the Chappaqua area, recurring service can be the difference between putting off yard work and actually enjoying the grass, patio, and play space with your dog nearby.
We see a lot of households that just want the backyard to stay ready for everyday life. Maybe the kids are in and out, maybe the dog has a favorite bathroom spot near the fence line, or maybe you are trying to get the patio ready before friends stop by. In a place like Chappaqua, where weather can swing between damp days, leaf cover, and stretches of fast-growing grass, waste can disappear quickly and build up faster than expected. That is when a regular schedule starts to make real sense.
Recurring pet waste cleanup helps keep the yard cleaner, cuts down on odor, and reduces those surprise step-ins that can ruin a good afternoon outside. It also helps keep high-use spots, like side yards, dog runs, and the areas right along gates or fence lines, from becoming the places everybody avoids. For families in and around Chappaqua, that kind of routine support makes it easier to let the dog out, enjoy the backyard, and spend time outside without thinking about the mess first.
The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives your yard a clean starting point before the regular visits begin. After that, we keep the schedule simple and reliable so the work fits your routine instead of interrupting it. That is especially helpful for a busy commuter household returning from errands, a family getting ready for a weekend cookout, or anyone who wants the yard to stay pleasant between visits. Our job is to handle the dirty part so you can get back to family time, play time, and a cleaner yard with less stress.
If you are ready for a more manageable routine, POOP 911 is here with convenient, reliable pet waste removal for Chappaqua, New York. Sign up for recurring service and let us help keep your yard cleaner, your patio more comfortable, and your time outside more footloose and worry-free.

Service has been prompt, efficient and thorough. It has been amazing to not run into my dogs poop all the time in my gardens and has certainly made my front door area so much nicer!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The website offers a bait and switch promotion, offering a free first week if you sign up for weekly service. Their website boasts “ There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee”. However if you try to cancel your weekly service, they tell you that THERE IS A THREE MONTH COMMITMENT and if you cancel before three months, they “adjust the cost” to their one time service rate, to the tune of nearly $200 for a single visit. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

I have had the Poop 911 service for over two years. The cleaner comes weekly and takes care in walking a fairly large fenced yard and cleans it efficiently. I haven't had a problem with their work. This is one less thing I need to worry bout in my busy schedule.

We got over charged by over 400 and got half of it reimbursed. We were getting the run around from the company and the local scooper (?) 2 years later we now are getting pestered that we owe money (EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THEY OWED US!) and are threatening to send to collections. Bad bad bad. This business stinks (pun intended)

Poop 911 was a great investment for us because we have three dogs. At the beginning we had a little problem we were getting charged and the person wasn’t showing up. Let’s say they were fired. Invest in the Ring that is how we discovered it. Months have gone by everything is great being charged three times a week like clockwork until I want to stop service for the winter and resume in the spring. Out of nowhere I see a charge for $500 from the company saying these are back charges from visits. An argument began because my accounts showed they were paid on a regular basis. So now my bank is handling this faulty charge. It’s too bad to we really liked working with them. Postponing for a couple months and they charge me unacceptable it doesn’t say anywhere that I would be charged. No we are going to be looking for a new company in the spring.
