These folks are very hit or miss. They’re supposed to come on Mondays. There have been at least three times since I started using the service four months ago that they didn’t show. Their billing is like clockwork though.

When they show up, they do a good job...problem is that despite having requested service 2x/week service they apparently show up only when they please to, but they sure do charge me for 2x/week. Emails to whoever is running the show go unanswered. They’ve now Missed the last 2 days of service and 3 of the last 5...but they def want the money for the 3 they didn’t perform. All in all, they do a good job when they show up - the key is them actually showing up.
